We bought this TV during Boxing Day sales in December 2022. It was our first Boxing Day purchase. We used to have an old Sony tube TV, that was a heavy piece of furniture, and we got rid of it when we moved to our new Condo. We bought the Samsung and have been thrilled with the picture, the sound, the quality and best of all, the price. We are not techies, but have managed to figure out how to get the few Bell channels that we have signed-up for. All is great with this new TV.

The Smart Things & Google Home connections I have make the TV even easier to use. From the dynamic color settings to the crisp sound, this is the perfect TV for essentially everything. All that's missing is a 3rd HDMI port.

Its airplay is always on the top in the industry as it supports third party apps which would not interrupt when you use your phone. Other TV in the industry does have airplay features, but none of them support third party applications.

The ease of using a TV is evolving. May not be the best display offered by Samsung, but the picture is great! All in all, I'm happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and viewing angles, have no complaints when looking at this tv from anywhere in the room. Sound is also more than acceptable for my usage. The only real complaint I have is the UI is a bit sluggish moving around menus and between apps. Also it does seem to lose connection to my wifi more frequently than any other device I use in the house. Overall very happy with the purchase and would recommend.

The very first thing we noticed is the brilliant color that brings the picture alive for us. I can't stress enough how beautiful the pictures are; people, buildings and most of all nature are beautifully vibrant Secondly, I need to use closed caption and on most TVs I have trouble with this feature. The closed captions on this TV are perfectly visible and have never interfered with the picture. The are not sometimes this color and this size or sometimes that color and size. I have actually stopped watching amok shows because of colors or sizing that are not visible against the background or are too small. Given our age and experience with electronics, we are not at all intuitive with things like the remote. However, one of our grandsons divided the lessons into two parts and after we were accustomed to using it we feel like geniuses. It is so easy to operate and we learned so quickly. This was last years Christmas gift to me from my husband. Since it was hung on the wall in our living room, he no longer goes downstairs to watch his tv (which is also a large screen) in the family room. The tv has distrupted my lifestyle because it works so well!!!

The only thing that has been an issue for me is the occasion slow connection. I check my Internet Provider and its good on their end. So sometimes it takes longer loading time to access streaming apps

the 43inch crystal tv i purchased is working well so far but the remote that came with it is really difficult to use and i could not find any instructions for it either in the tv user manual or online. it has many tiny buttons with no explanation of their function. also i miss the swivel base that was an important feature of the samsung tv that i had to replace.
