cutting to the chase - good picture, bad user interface. samsung forces their app "samsung tv plus" on you and won't let you move it or remove it. it starts up with the tv every time. the navigation (ui) is clunky at best and lags. very tough to tell where you are on the screen. likely will return for a tv with roku or more thoughtful and easier to use, user interface. once you get where you're going it's fine, but getting there is far too difficult.

Excellent TV for the money.

The remote could have been a lil better thought out. I also think the smart tv interface with the apps etc. could be better. Overall it's a great TV and excellent value.
It's big, it's cheap, but it's flaky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] pros: big & cheap - good value for size. one of only a few displays available @ 58". cons: flaky ui / interface with lagging and freezing. very picky hdmi connections, especially when using arc audio return channel. image is bright and 'crisp', but suffers from video 'noise' unless nr is turned on, which softens everything up. judder reduction feature caused 'soap opera effect' while turning it off gives a very poor viewing experience, especially for sports.

Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. You can try the following steps to eliminate the soap opera effect. Navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings Navigate to and Select Picture Clarity Settings The default setting is Auto. This means the feature automatically turns on and off based on the type of program being watched. Change the setting to either Off or Custom. If you select Custom, three additional options are available for further customization to your viewing preference. -Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting. -Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting. -LED Clear Motion: This option allows you to configure the LED backlight to sharpen fast-moving images. Select to turn On or Off. I hope this helps. Its Affordable

The sound and the colors of the TV are perfect, I have no problems with it.10/10 I would recommend it!
Samsung Does it Again!

I'm a huge fan of Samsung products and this one doesn't disappoint. Its been a while since I've had a new tv and I can't get over the quality of the picture. I also love that I was able to hook it up to my Alexa.
The perfect TV for any media room

Looking for a TV that has all the smart TV options plus cinema quality, plus affordable price and Samsung made it all possible. I got my 82 inches TV last black Friday 2021 and my family and myself couldn't be more excited for the pir newest addition..
Perfect size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is the perfect size for the bedroom….not too big…not too small. Colors are beautiful and picture is so clear. The sound could use a little improvement….needs a little more bass and sometimes it sounds low but it works fine and is ok…I'm just a little picky with sound. Overall I feel I made a great choice.

Great picture, but thats it
remote: ridiculous. the arrow buttons that you use the most are at the bottom of the remote and are amongst other buttons so closely you constantly push the wrong button. won't connect to the internet; cant load anything via the internet app. won't connect with airplay. no keyboard option for searching titles or entering emails, etc when using phone as remote overall i'm a bit disappointed. ill get used to it, but i thought i was getting a tv that was higher end and there fore user friendly. i would have thought samsung to have spent more on user interface optimization.

Easy Setup, Great Picture
this tv was purchased for our guest room, which will be used with an antenna instead of with cable. scanning channels was easy, and the tv was able to pick up more than 100 broadcast channels. the guide is also great for a tv that is getting free channels only.
