TV that I bought last year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new TV and now Samsung is flagship brand at most retailers so I looked at a few different models and saw one that met the few things I needed and have loved it since then. One thing I like about this TV is that it automatically labels the inputs to what the device is that connected to that input, another thing would be the free television app because cable is really expensive and even more so if you're barely ever using it.

I enjoy all the features of the tv

The only downside is that at times, it randomly disconnects from the internet even though the internet connection to other thing such as tablet and phones are perfectly fine.

Samsung Scrap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is junk, from the defectively-designed remote to the malfunctioning software. The remote is semi-round with a very smooth texture, making it difficult to grasp securely. It is dropped constantly as a result. The buttons on it are too small and too close together, resulting in the wrong button being pushed (often the Exit button); which leads to a wholly different set of issues. Most bewildering is why the remote buttons do not light up when the remote is held. Use of the remote in little to no light is especially frustrating. The buttons are difficult enough to find without compounding the problem due to lack of a common feature found in the vast majority of competitors' TV remotes. Finally, the software often malfunctions. If it is not defaulting to Samsung TV despite selection of a streaming (or other) service, it is not loading the viewer's choice of programming. As a result, the viewer is forced either to turn off the TV and upon restart re-select the viewing choice and hope for the best (often multiple restarts without success); or to unplug the TV from the electrical outlet then start from scratch once the TV is on. The frequency of both scenarios is so high that the TV will soon be replaced.

Great TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice TV at this price point. I bought it for the Master Bedroom and the size is perfect. The picture is very nice. The only way I would be able to tell the difference between it and another screen would be if they are side by side. The Samsung menu system takes some getting used to, but I am now comfortable with the navigation at this time.It has the connections which I need and use the optical sound connection to connect it to the soundbar which I have. This makes for a very pleasant viewing and listening experience.

Our Third Experience With Samsung Televisions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are movie fans and use this television to access the latest releases. It is also easy to to select and binge watch all the current series shows! The television features were easy to learn and just as easy to use. This television was a welcome addition to our living room. We have had a couple of Samsung televisions in other rooms of our house as well. Great product!

Great tv for the value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV two years ago and I love it. I use it as my main TV at home for watching Movies and gaming. The image quality is very good but not as crisp as other models also the original sound speakers are pretty fair. Again for the price it's a really good TV.

Decent colors but slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it as the main TV of the house. The colors are OK but would recommend opting for a slightly more expensive model. The biggest issue I had is it felt a bit slow to navigate between the various options which I assume could be due to the cheaper CPU compared with other models. Still the price is charming..

We are happy with it. No complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fair price for a very nice TV. Had to replace another perfectly good Samsung 55" with this one because Disney+ wasn't compatible with that TV. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I now don't trust that it will stay current. The Samsung it replaced is less than 5 years old, still works perfectly but didnt keep up with changing technology.

Problems with Apple AirPlay

Error message says to make use apple device and tv ate using the same home wifi network, which has been confirmed. UTUBE runs airplay2 well, and screen mirroring works reliably.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has the most bright colors of any tv we have ever owned. Also streaming is easy with little or no buffering. It was easy to set up and also draws very little power reducing the electric bill. The remote is easy to operate and also will function with other electronic devices. Samsung warranty and reliability is probably unsurpassed in the industry.
