Easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't honestly say I would buy the same model again. Although it was easy to set up and had a fast turn on time, the real disappointment was the factory picture setting. The color was so red and it would not adjust for darker picture scenes. I spent a lot of time watching YouTube videos on how to correct the problem. I have 2 other sets, one a Sony and the other an LG. Both have much better picture quality.

You may want to try adjusting image settings to improve your picture. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. This product blows me away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with my 75 inch television. From the size to the amazing colors. Samsung has outdone themselves with this tv. I even hooked up a vcr to it and watched a video almost 30 years old. Much to my surprise it looked pretty awsome. Thank you Samsung for my dream television.

Perfect TV for our home

Great features and easy to use

On my 3rd one already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st one out of the box had no picture, 2nd one kept losing internet connection after an hour. 3rd one seems to be working so far. I love my old Samsung tvs but if this one gives me one more problem then I'm going to another manufacturer

Poor hdmi connectivity

this tv was a replacement for my bedroom tv of a different brand but samsung won't accept hdmi input from our security cameras. the help from samsung tried to correct this but finally told me the camera system was at fault. the camera system help desk pointed out that the input worked with the previous tv and i also connected it to an even different brand tv in another bedroom with a longer cable and it worked perfect. i feel like i was brushed off by samsung. we have samsung washer & dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, cell phones & 3 tv's but i feel like samsung really let me down this time.

Not user friendly

got this tv a few weeks ago, the entire smart component of it sucks. it has all of these extra apps and add ons it makes the screen very confusing. the home page automatically goes to crappy movies they own, i should have bought a regular tv and just used my fire stick it was much more user friendly. it also came with a bunch of apps i will never use and cant delete that takes up all of the storage so i cant even downlod the apps i do want.

You can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > General > Smart Features When you set Autorun Smart Hub to on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off. Please know that you can customize the Smart Hub by removing apps from or adding apps to the home screen. You can also rearrange apps to your liking. Simply select an app, press & hold the Enter key. You will see a popup menu with options to move or remove it. I hope this tip helps. Stunningly Beautiful & Simple To Use

Easy navigation. Remote well designed and easy to use. Picture truly "pops" off the screen. Thrilled with the purchase. Will certainly look at Samsung whenever we do decide to upgrade...but with this set, that may be a long time away :-)

Love my New Set
