Great picture, while it lasted.

bought one tv and within 2 days a fine pixelated line appeared down the screen. took it back, bought a new one. within a single day the top left corner started to darken and spread throughout the tv. i love samsung phones and kitchen appliances, but i don't recommend their tvs. very disappointed, but as the 5itle says, the picture was nice while it lasted

Great TV for the price.

PICTURE IS FANTASTIC!

SEVERAL VISITORS HAVE INQUIRED AS TO THE TYPE OF TELEVISION IT IS BECAUSE "IT ALMOST LOOKS FAKE" AND COMMENTS LIKE THAT. DOCUMENTARIES AND NATURE SHOWS ARE ESPECIALLY POWERFUL ON THIS DISPLAY.

lemon

broke after 1 month. tv turns on and off by itself, apps are very buggy and stop working mid show. technician is coming in a few days and i'm hoping it will be fixed or replaced. i have a 32 inch samsung bought in 2020 and it works great, so very bummed this 50 inch is such a lemon.

Awful picture quality

this replaced a 2009 plasma which went in another room. the picture on that is far better than this in every way. this image is dim. a little better after disabling all eco settings but the colors remain bad. nothing is bright except people's faces which are washed out. blacks are never really black. did several factoryresets and updated firmware but nothing is any better. the old plasma tv is so much better. every tv in local stores looks fantastic but they don't have this exact size which i need for the space. i have a service request in to samsung but the earliest they can help me will be after the time i can return this

Issues with screen mirror

Every time I go to use the screen mirror feature from my Apple iPhone it doesn't work. I need to reset my TV which takes about 10 minutes and then it will work again. The next time I go to use screen mirror it doesn't work again. So I have to reset my TV again another 10 minutes for it to work. It is very frustrating. I'm going to try and return this TV. It's not worth the frustration.

I love it but the remote could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is really nice and looks good with a lot of cool features my only issue is that the remote has annoying input lag that really sucks. Luckily I mainly use the TV to play video games on my PS4 so I only use the remote for volume and input switching. So thank you Samsung and I hope I can win that sound bar.

Good product for the price

i love the clear picture of the product. did not like that i have to disconnect my connection of vpn to get it to work with the intent in the same room of the modem. not good. yet my other tv devices cable products and streaming devices on the other tv and tablet works just not that one. overall it's great for the price and quality.

Great Peosucr to own

The only issue I have is they seem to fall off my smart things control panel on my phone. I enjoy that smart things allows me to control the tvs from afar especially have young children that fall asleep with the TV on.

Crystal sound and Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for gaming and video. The sound it puts out is amazing, it doesn't need a sound bar unless you'd like surround sound. The picture quality is top notch. The streaming services available seem to be pretty well, so you don't need an external source like a router or firestick. I use a ps4 pro for gaming and everything is great with it.
