well it was a good tv until....

it started power cycling on and off.. with no picture. i tried several of the "youtube" fixes but to no avail... this thing is only a year old. i think im going back to sony. never had an issue with them.

Don't Fall For It... waist of time

Don't waist your time. The TV doesn't stop stalling. Freezing. The TV is literally meant to just be for show. I hope I can still return this peice of disaster.

Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care This checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Disappointed in this TV!

Had the TV JUST OVER A YEAR AND IT STOPPED WORKING. I can hear some sound; howler, no picture. Had to constantly unplug the TV to get the Hulu and Netflix to work

Terrible Tv

tv bought 7/2020 -- 2 months later --black screen w/sound. 1st service call - no problem-2nd service call replace power supply-3rd service call --same problem , works 2/3 days --black screen. Worst purchase nightmare still ongoing ever . I warned U!

Weeb dream

I absolutely love my new 43” 4K HDR T.V. It plays hentai in a quality that caught me off guard, admittedly. Never thought anime thighs could look so real, but these looked so much better than the real thing. Overall, would buy again.

Disappointed

Picture is great, but does not interface well with Alexa... can only turn television on and off with Alexa, but supposed to be able to also change input, channels and volume. Very poor support online.

Good picture

i like everything about the tv except that i cannot get it to retain my password for my wifi. everytime i turn it back on, i have to re-enter my password to get streaming shows.

Unhappy with the purchase

First 2 days of using the tv had no issues. After software update, tv freezes while watching nextflix and youtube this happens very frequently and is very frustrating. I have been using samsung TV from last 5yrs and after tv upgrade very disappoint.

Too many issues for a 7 series 2020

The Netflix issue was also addressed and is now working properly. The volume button is a toggle design -- push it up to increase volume; down to decrease. So far very happy, missing a few apps though

My only beef is the lack of selection of apps. I love that the Apple TV app is there but I still have my Apple TV hooked up to the tv so I can use the TSN app that I can't find in the apps menu. Hopefully in time it will be added
