Great Tv

love our new 75” tv. we also got a 55”. which does seem to have a better picture quality than the 75”. is there anything we can do to improve this? we have them set the same currently

Too many issues for a 7 series 2020

Bought this two weeks ago picture had weird shadow to it volume button didn't work right kept glitching would stay at 100 when you tried to turn down it would glitch back to 100. Didn't like that Netflix didn't work returned tv and got an lg

Sandra, I am sorry to see that you experienced issues with the TU7000 and have returned it. Please know that Samsung released a firmware update to resolve the image issue. The Netflix issue was also addressed and is now working properly. The volume button is a toggle design -- push it up to increase volume; down to decrease. Roku not very good on this tv

I've had this TV for about six weeks and the Roku portion of this seems to not work very well. Sometimes it works great sometimes it doesn't work at all. If I'm missing something someone tell me how to do it please! The picture is very good.

Next, ensure your Samsung Firmware is up to date by going to Settings> Support> Software Update. netflix volume problems

when i play anything on netflix, the volume is very very soft. i have to either fast forward or rewind, then hit play again, before the volume can be normal. i turned off the auto volume but still no use

Knowingly still selling broken product

athis whole series of Tvs have problems with the display PDC abd capacitor I dint know how even sell them anymore they admitted the defect to me I ts literally the whole 6900 series

Good picture

i like everything about the tv except that i cannot get it to retain my password for my wifi. everytime i turn it back on, i have to re-enter my password to get streaming shows.

Disappointed in this TV!

Had the TV JUST OVER A YEAR AND IT STOPPED WORKING. I can hear some sound; howler, no picture. Had to constantly unplug the TV to get the Hulu and Netflix to work

I love the clear picture and features

i love my new tv. it really brings the room together. it has a very clear and colorful display and the speakers are great as well. i live in an apartment so we dont even need a sound bar. this was also a great price. love the product.

Removal of stand

Can you remove the feet stands later on? We cannot put up on wall right now, Stay in Place order, so we want to use stand. Will the stands remove easily when it is time to put on wall?
