I love the crisp picture

Picture perfect!

I purchased this tv about a month ago and I'm very Ty glad I did. The pic is crystal clear. Picture perfect! The color is vibrant and beautiful. Work well with my direct tv streaming. Features are pretty cool. Has extra apps to downtown. The remote works great. It was delivered on time no delays. I really adore this set I'm very excited that I made the purchase.

Best TV around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking around for the best TV I could find, looking at all my options in person and the Series 7 UHD 43in stood out to me! The image quality, color reproduction plus the overall asthic of the tv itself is absolutely perfect! The bezels are flush with the screen giving a clean look that most competitors don't have. I was happily surprised too with the overall sound quality from the TV itself was fantastic. Overall I'm more than impressed with the series 7 UHD 43in!

Overall it's fine for an inexpensive TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hadn't bought a new TV in several years, and I went with a top brand, but a discounted price. In retrospect... I might have made a different choice. But overall - it's fine. It's a decent enough TV . The 2 main issues I have with it are: It's dark. Like really dark. Watching any dark/night scenes and I can't make out many details. I've turned the brightness WAY up and turn all the lights off in the room shut all the blinds etc, and it's still difficult to make out what's happening. So I mostly watch shows with dark/action scenes in the evenings, because in the daytime I might as well be looking at a black screen with some audio. The other thing is small, and odd. It turns itself on. Not all the time, but often enough that it's annoying. I'll turn it off at the end of the day - go into the next room and hear it come on. It's baffling!

Hi Sher71, Thank you for your purchase and your feedback on the Samsung TU7000 TV. Please know we are here to help you and have a few troubleshooting tips that may resolve your issues. First, if the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. I recommend using Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness, Contrast, and more. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection. Now, if your TV is turning itself on, there are a few steps that I would like you to go through to ensure they are not the cause. 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. 5. Disable the Power On with the Mobile option. TVs that can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off. Finally, if you are using the device through HDMI, it could cause the auto-on, as Anynet+ is enabled. Occasionally connected devices such as game consoles (PS5, Xbox) or cable set-top boxes send a turn-on signal, for example, if they have software updates. We recommend you try turning Anynet+ off as it may be causing auto power on. Go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+, then disable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very satisfied with my tv. I have really enjoyed the built in sound that is soo much better than previous models. I also enjoy the smart hub although I no longer receive extra services on the side bar as well ad having to purchase a roku because no new apps have been updated in quite some time...my TV isn't one listed in the drop down menu but I selected what was close. I would recommend this tv it has beautiful pic even allowing you to go in and make your own adjustments if you want and like the simplicity of the remote as well as all that is offered for settings as well as customer service and it was really nice having the ability to trouble shoot and view the manuel for any additional settings or info if needed. Samsung always has the added features that surpass other models. It is very easy to mount if you like and all other settings are easy to understand with the added details for each of tje settings when you select. I have always purchased samsung products because they all work well together and I hope to continue adding to my smart system and using samsung products . It is always top of the line tech at more affordable ways to purchase or finance thru samsung and they always with each year step up their game so I'm always excited to see what new products will come next! Pretty tv until it broke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv started off great. Picture was ok, not the brightest for sure. But you know.. It'll get the job done with shear size being on it's side. After about 6 months of average use, the screen started flickering then it would've produce a picture. Called a repair man out. He told me the whole screen needed to be replaced and at that time no parts available. Even if they did have them available the cost would almost be the same as the tv. So needless to say, we bought a lg c2.

Just need a working device

i have only had this samsung tv for about 3 weeks now. i have already had trouble with things freezing and just now the sound went out. too soon for this many issues. i have had a few samsung tvs and other devices. the worst was my samsung fridge..already said i would never buy another samsung refrigerator but now do i have to swear off the tvs too. come on samsung you have to do better. for the amount of money spent this should not be happening especially so soon.wondering if it just needs to be returned.

To assist with your sound going out: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. Great Tv with no any lagging

Fast processing, good picture quality and sound . We loved inbuilt samsung tv channels. Its diffinatly better than previous version.
