[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience in purchasing a Samsung TV. It was the 55 inch tv and I had it for a year and 1/2. Last week it died. I couldn't believe that after only a year and 1/2 it no longer worked. I always purchased another brand and had no problem with them dying. Only replacing when new technology came out. This will be the last time I purchase a Samsung TV.

Quality going down
the fell of this tv just screams cheap. the plactic legs are ubly and the remote is a step down from 2019. i only use it for streaming so so far so good. not impressed compared to my 2018 55”. in fact the qled models have have also suffered i. quality. the q70 had more festures than this year. i guess this is a case of the bottom line being more important than the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we purchased two of the same models thinking the first was a lemon. Both TVs had great quality and pictures for the first few weeks, then quality quickly dropped. Screen would flicker, image would bleed. The last draw was when the screen turned maroon for 10 minutes.

Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer. Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device. Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test I am very sorry for the color glitch issue you encountered. Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve this specific issue. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. This TV is amazing!!

The quality is so great and crystal clear! Then my favorite feature is the game mode! I am a big gamer and this tv have such a great crisp and clean picture while gaming! I would highly recommend this TV to anybody!!

the reason for the one star review is because this thing does everything you expect the television to do in 1983 it has a picture it has volume. he does the aforementioned well. what it doesn't do at all is easily add applications such as formula one television. my nine-year-old tv added such applications easy. this brand new variant after two hours of struggling to figure out how, successfully adding applications is eluding. perhaps there is a way but i'm done trying with this thing.

Amazing TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has been nothing but amazing. Everytime we have people over they always complement how clear and awesome my tv looks mounted on the wall. We watch alot of sports in 4k and it's always crisp sound and clear visuals. The tv is so big sometimes it feels like we are sitting courtside.. The tv never feels hott to the touch and always loads up apps quickly. I've also used the tv for my xbox series s. The clarity of the tv makes people think the cars on the game are real. Lol. Anyways this was the best purchase ever. If your second guessing or doubting buying this tv, just do it, you won't regret it. The only bad thing I have to say is the majority of the time, the tv is on this...(cocomelon, lol)
The Smartest And Easiest Tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is the easiest and most user friendly that I have ever owned. This TV was even easy for my mom who's not so "tech savvy " to figure out on her own. Don't tell her that though I'd get in big trouble if she heard that lol. The ability to play my photos on screen and all of my digital media makes it that much cooler not to mention the picture itself is clear and so vibrant. Gaming is easily hooked up and the remote control is self explained with everything clearly displayed. All around awesome! It recognizes my Amazon Alexa and my Google home. It rocks!
Dont buy
extremely laggy, also the remote feels super cheap and outdated. dont know why everytime i press a button on the remote it takes 2-5 seconds for the tv to respond. picture is 5/10 only because blacks are not deep whatsoever so it just ruins the whole look of the picture. would not recommend buying.
Isaac24: Thank you for sharing your experience with the TU7000 TV. I am sorry that you are seeing some lag when you use your remote. Have you tried Device Care option? Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Regarding the darkness of your picture, Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Plug and play!! Simple setup!!

Overall great TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great Tv, picture can be blurry at times especially during high impact action scenes. Only thing I dislike about it is it disconnects from my router once a week which I can't seem to figure out why it does it.
