The remote is full featured unlike the other brands I own ( Viso, Westinghouse, Element , Onn). The Samsung is my favorite brand now.

The picture is a advertised and the experience is enjoyable each time I power the device on. The menus are easy to follow and intuitive. So I enjoy the same luxury for an affordable price! I'm able to cast content from my smart phone directly for most apps . I like the Samsung plus TV feature because of the free cable TV.

Also enjoy streaming Samsung TV Channels. I cut the cord after receiving as a gift, with all the over the air channels and the Samsung channels, there is no need to spend all that money month after month and year after year for Cable or Satellite TV.

i like everything about the samsung tv. the sound, picture, size are great with one drawback. the remote is poorly designed. buttons are way too close together and should be lit up for nightime use. one wrong button push at night and you are struggling to find a light to shine on the remote to get the correct button to find the original selection i wanted.

It has a very wide screen and shows 3D image it's clear and it's sound system is so amazing. It's easy to operate and has several other features with tvs of other company does not have. only had this tv one week and i am having issues with it connecting to my internet. i have troubleshot every thing and it still will not connect. all of my other devices are functioning great on the same wifi. i only watch tv based on my wireless connection through streaming so this is truly disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using older smartTV features like Prime, Crackle or Pandora work great. However, the new Samsung Pluss channels seem to require too much bandwidth with debilitating buffering. I can watch an on-demand movie or TV show smoothly and uninterrupted on Prime, or Crackle, but the live Samsung Plus channels buffer so much as to be too annoying to watch. Since it is only the Samsung Pluss channels buffering and all other devices in the house work flawlessly, I can't see how to blame this on my internet provider. It appears to be isolated to the Samsung Plus channels.

We couldn't quite place what it was that was causing us to have a weird perception thing going on. We finally agreed the extreme video quality makes the actors look so lifelike that it makes it appear like bad acting. It was funny, but now we have acclimated to the ultra high def and really enjoy the television. We could never go back to the old 720p that we used to have.
