this is not my first samsung tv. we've had 3 others in the past or various sizes over previous years. i would buy more in the future as long as the they keep the quality of picture as well or possibly better than the present. i will say however, the biggest downside is trying to set the quality as good as their older models. in my opinion and not being a tech genius, setting the picture to individual liking has become far to difficult. too many settings and some that the average person will never use or even understand. please....if anything....simplify this in the future.

Simplicity to use great picture

It's easy to download apps like hulu, Netflix, and peacocktv to name a few. Or I have the option to watch Samsung TV plus... added bonus. Very pleased with the television. Great Value with Great Picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV as an upgrade to our bedroom TV and was amazed how much sharper and clearer it is than the TV I bought last year for the kids gaming room (super cheap and not a samsung). The depth is amazing and though I have seen the latest greatest TV's with the pricetag that will leave your wallet crying, this TV gets the closest clarity and depth on a budget. I own mainly Samsung products, refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave, phones, etc..., and this purchase proved to be the right one for me. It does what I want, at a reasonable price and exceeds the quality for the price. I get the feeling I am watching my sports live and feel more drawn into gaming, which I had slowed down on because my old TV was small and outdated. Depth, motion, clarity, contrast and sharpness are all outstanding at this price point. My hats off to Samsung on this TV.
Love it just slow

Good for value
my biggest complaint with this tv is the older remote that comes standard with it. it has too many buttons and it is hard to differentiate between them in the dark. i bought their smart remote and attempted to pair it but apparently the tv can't handle that.

Great Tv

We access our church services using smart view to share from my Samsung Tablet. The color and sound are excellent. This was our first larger TV and really enjoy it.
This tv has all kinds of options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a toshiba fire tv and it was not to my liking. Is not compatible with spectrum. So did my research and Samsung was compatible with spectrum tv. So got it hooked up and there is so many choices for all kinds of stuff to watch and do on the internet, music and such. I love the tv and setting it up was a piece of cake.
Samsung Crystal UHD
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tv as a replacement for an older tv (non-samsung). I have several samsung tvs and this one by far has the best quality picture. It was very easy to set-up including the set'up of my smart tv apps. I would highly recommend this tv additionally i plan on purchasing the newer model as a replacement for my older samsung thst i purchased in 2012 which still works well, but the new one allows for newer apps.
Picture is amazing
the picture is amazing....i know its not 8k but this picture really pops out....the sound is pretty good too dont have an echo like my old tv.... biggest complaint is the interface and home button and finding apps!!!! they need to simplify it and make it easier more like a phone display instead of everything on a line!!!! i do find it frustrating tring to find apps that isnt preloaded on the system.....and veey complicated and confusing....if they want to play with the big boys like roku they need to change and make it more user friendly!!!! i do ok with it... older people do not!!!
Great purchase!
