Frustrating!

honestly i dont know what to think. when i bought this tv i though it waa going to be a big upgrade to my 15 year old tv. when i first took it out the box i noticed something was wrong. images looked a little pixelated. but it fixed it self in a few weeks. now the only problem i have is the colors and its so annoying. i currently have natrual mode and its ok if it were to be brighter i would love it. but its so dim than the other options. it makes almost every scene dark. ive tried to contact samsung and they dont help me at all. my older tv has better colors than this. i dont even want to watch stuff on my tv at this point because im not getting the good quality. not sure if its just this model or what. and yes i have tried changing settings!

Samsung is the way to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung's always made their products screens bring pictures to life, my 65" Samsung Smart TV is no different with its 4k picture capabilities and colors that will light up the room. We use our TV to watch movies' and shows all the way to playing video games late at night, with its beautiful quality we can watch or play whatever we want. Although the picture quality is almost unbeatable to other brands, what really stood out the most to me was just how many apps could be downloaded and used through the TV's pre built in Smart System. With previous brands certain apps such as Spotify weren't available to download, which made listening to music quite an inconvenience. Immediately after I listened to Spotify on the Samsung I knew Id be sticking with them for the sound quality too. All in all, in my opinion although Samsung's prices may be a bit steeper, the quality is well worth it and very noticeable compared to other brands. The Picture, Audio, and overall quality of the TV is what would influence me to buy another TV from Samsung in the future.

The picture quality is spectacular.

It earns me money, it brings me joy, it can order me food, I can manage my financials on it, I can listen to my favorite music on it, and I love this tv its the best I have ever had.

Loving my new Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite feature is being able to directly cast from my phone or ipad to the TV. Super simple to set up and use. Additionally, all the apps are easy to access and the remote is pretty intuitive when you try and navigate each one. I am contected directly with an ethernet cable to my router so there have been zero issues with my connection. Color is great as well. Only regret is that I didn't go BIGGER!!

Great Picture

picture is great. smart interface is terrible. samsung tv plus should be an option instead of automatic. i feel like im playing tug of war with the operating system of what i want to watch. again picture and quality is great but the smart features. are slow and dumb !! can you turn them offf ?????

I am glad to hear you are enjoying the picture quality. Please know, Samsung TV Plus can be disabled, removing the channels from your default guide. Should you want to disable TV plus, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press the down button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove’. 2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service. 3) Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. This will remove the service from the launcher bar and the channels from the TV Guide. Alternatively, you can leave TV Plus enabled and utilize the Autorun Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. Everything we could have asked for

It was the perfect size over the fireplace and everything about it is perfect. The picture is clear and easily adjusted. The options it offers as a SmartTV are exactly what we wanted. I couldn't be happier.

Love love love this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung TV for our bedroom, it is amazing. The picture is bright and vibrant. The sound quality is perfect and it's easy to use and set up. It took my husband and I about 15 minutes to get it out of the box and set up with everything. It's not heavy so the only reason it took two of us is because of how big it is.

Immersive visual and sound experience

The sound quality is also great as even the smallest details can be appreciated. Also, works well with bluetooth. I found the size to be very versatile, it's great for either your living room or for a small room.

Best Smart TV Ever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that this Samsung tv has the most advanced technology, it has a tap the tv corner feature which is awesome (must have samsung smart phone)!!! You can also download an app via android or apple to navigate the tv. The picture quality is AMAZING, it really is Crystal clear!!! I have its settings as it was delivered didn't move anything, or adjust settings it has auto brightness control so it adapts to surrounding lightning which is very nice. It also comes with an app; Samsung TV plus which lets you enjoy limited Channels, its free TV. It is very easy to navigate and you can also add more apps to your liking. The control is normal size and has the apps like Netflix, prime video, and samsung tv plus so its very simple to move to them. The audio on This Samsung TV is very clear and loud. It also has the option to create/login to a Samsung account which is a Plus is u have smart appliances in your home.

MY FIRST SAMSUNG TV
