[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is worth every penny! I upgraded from a small, 23" TV and am so glad that I did. It's so much bigger than I expected. The picture is crisp and the sound quality is clear. It comes with Samsung TV, but I have a Fire Stick I've been using instead so I haven't had a chance to play around with it. No problems or issues thus far!

Remote control is really awful - it works fine but keys are so close together you can end up doing something entirely different from intended. Use the smartthing app - much easier to navigate. Television is great, apps work great. love the internet app!

Watching movies on it makes me feel like I'm the director filming the movie or tv show because it looks so live and in person. I also absolutely love the built in Samsung tv plus. It is built in tv that only requires and internet connection. I have canceled my cable service and use the built in tv and streaming platforms. Love this product would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like streaming TV and this one can get most of the apps. The issue is it, defaults back to the worst app, Samsung TV. It is horrible. There should be a better way to organize the apps and allow you to choose default app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the TV and everything it can do and the quality is great along with the sound for its size. The only thing I have an issue with is the response of the OS. There is a delay between when i press a button and when the action happens on the screen. Not sure what the issue is but im sure its the firmware. Other than that i love the TV.

Great image and features and good sound, specially if interfacing it optically with a home stereo. It takes a while to fully know all the features and get used to them, since it is a more advanced system compared to the older sets bought 12 years ago. The ability to cast from a cell phone is a great feature and get the information directly from the web.

The only thing I do not like is that there are a lot of apps that I would like to uninstall since it comes in a list from left to right. Or just a better way to organize the main home screen since most of the apps I use are on the far right side and I have to scroll all the way to reach them. But besides that, the TV truly does look beautiful and works really well. The things Samsung TV come with are also really fun and unique.

The presets that are set for different types of dynamic or natural look looks really wonderful well done Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this TV for the price, size, crystal clear picture, smart capabilities, easy to use and connects easily to my Samsung phone and other electronics via wifi. I do have a couple complaints though, most importantly that some smart apps occasionally do not open and I have to cycle/turn off and restart the entire TV to get the apps to work, especially Hulu and Apple plus. The other odd issue I have is that I can't ever try to update the TV! It gives me an error. It's frustrating. Also sometimes the sound just goes off and I have to restart the TV too. But that's rare.
