I ended up purchasing 3 more of the same tv to have in the living areas of my home. The picture it pristine! There so many settings you can use for your own custom experience. Their customer support is amazing! I own all Samsung appliances. I love them! Should check out their new front load washer and dryer! Newest front load model! The highest tech washer and dryer ever made!

tv control is not what i had in mind, difficult to set up, only online info available, even that doesn't help much. prechannel doesnt work with sling, need less clutter on remote! overall the price was the only reason i bought it, now its hanging in the garage, i put my old tv back in the living room, sad, technology actually isnt that great when it comes to "simple"

I was very impressed with how well this TV could keep up with my new gaming console, too. its the only tv that allowed me to watch hbo max, so... thats what i took under consideration when i had to buy a new tv. however, the tv operating system is slow. it's laggy! i'm used to a faster operation speed. i have other tv brands at home: vizio (which sucks but opens any app faster than this samsung) and an lg which i adore. other than that... the tv is pretty good. based on this... i think it is overprized.

I paid a premium price for a Samsung TV, only to find that there is "Sponsored" content on the main Home Bar. That's advertising, and IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Otherwise the TV is okay, but I may very well return it if Samsung can't tell me how to remove the ads. I will NOT pay for a product, and then have to pay again by being subjected to advertising. What part of that doesn't Samsung understand???

Movie nights at my place are the best. My friends always compliment my tv. Best purchase I made this year. It was worth every dime. The sound quality is great as well, cinema quality.
