The remote is easy to understand and operate. The picture on the TV is super clear and the ultra 4K makes it look almost too real. My first time with a Smart TV and I love the advancement in easy access to the internet and other video providers. Great purchase!

I read everything on the new crystal processor and thought to give it a try. after all it's a Samsung. I was so impressed with my 43 inch that I went ahead and bought a 55 inch crystal for the living room. Picture is great, sounds good (could be better with a sound bar), and I'm completely satisfied and figure money well spent.

I was able to add all my apps, such as netflix, hulu, prime, etc. the Samsung tv app actually allows access to a lot of channels. The quality is exceptional especially considering the very reasonable price. Highly Recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this TV. Very clear picture and fast loading times. Very rarely had a problem with it. Occasionally, it would disconnect from the internet when turned off and I had to just reset the network settings. It also is super fragile. I moved recently and handled with care and carried it upright in a box, but when I plugged it in in my new place the whole middle part of the screen was blacked out.

Especially for the cost of this 65 inch tv. I'm using the tv mostly for streaming tv shows and movies where my brother has hooked up some gaming systems. All have looked great. Recently found out how easy it was to cast from my phone to the tv.

It also has Hulu, Apple TV and I like that because I can use those both apps and Disney channel to for my lil sisters and about the channel's that it has of its own I use the music the most and it has YouTube when I just want to see funny videos well hopefully I get to buy another tv that's bigger this year I was thinking qled my older brother had told me is really good but I'll buy it for my living room

With the Samsung SmartThings app I'm able to connect to the TV quickly and easily with my phone. A great feature to be able to mirror my phone on my TV whenever I'd like to. Lastly with the Samsung soundbar connected the sound is incredible. This TV has a very vivid picture, is lightweight, then, and versatile.
