[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV for my exercise room. I set it up in about 30 minutes and every thing worked perfectly with no problems. I was able to ditch my Roku and stream directly to the TV with better performance. The colors are not as deep and defined as the Samsung that I have in my media room but that TV cost me 4x as much. The picture on this TV is perfect for my exercise room and delivers a great deal of a bang for the buck. I am very satisfied and thinking about purchasing another for a guest bedroom.

Ability to Stream or mirror instantly with direct link without wifi is no doubtably a top feature. 2nd is without a doubt the remote. Its universal and not just to samsung devices. it controls anything connected to tv. Cant find remote and need to stream the lastest kids asap. No worries Voice activation can help. Cant find the words, thats ok tap your device to side of tv and poof wirless mirroring. Just imagine all the possibilities when the one feature alone does a that!!
Crystal Clear

I love the fact that I can connect it seamlessly to my other Samsung products and it also connects to other Android devices as well. My TV is very user friendly. Also I love that it comes with its own television guide and lots of channels so it feels like you have instant cable. The price for the TV was awesome as well. I plan to buy another Samsung TV for my bedroom in the near futurem
Flicker Issue
i purchased 50" tv tu7000 before 2 month and only after 10 days it started flickering a lot i complained to samsung service center and after 1.5 month i got a replacement with new 58" tv same model.(i paid extra 35 kd) and again the replaced model also after 10 days having same flickering issue. disappointed with this product. horrible i usually like samsung products

Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer. Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device. Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test I hope this helps. Crystal clear image.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV to fill the space on a large vacant wall where .y previous 55 in samsung looked pathetically small. Compared to my other 4k tvs this thing blows them out of the water. The image and contrast quality is second to none.
size of the screen/clarity of picture
unfortunately, i hadn't realized the amount of wifi space necessary to properly operate a tv like this, but will soon be purchasing more band space to allow me to do more "moving around" with the remote without loss of operation and the need to get up and unplug the tv to get it to turn off. guess i should have known better, but i'm not a techie kind of person. you might want to advertise a minimum number of megs for proper use of this product so others wanting a smart tv understand this.
Spectacular Picture and Incredible Price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this television to replace a smaller, more expensive set. As soon as it was set up, I was blown away not only by the incredible picture, but also the ease of use and surprisingly, the great sound it delivers. The dark background creates a crisp, clear picture that literally jumps out at me no matter what channel I'm watching. My old set sounded like noise inside a tin can compared to it and I still wonder how they were able to get this awesome sound out of such a thin television. Maybe the best thing about this set was the price, however. I knew Samsung was a decent brand so when I saw it was priced close to several "lesser" brands, I jumped at buying it and have never looked back.
Glitchy
this tv hasn't worked well at all and i've only had it for 2 weeks. expected a brand new tv to work amazing for at least that amount of time. periodically won't load my apps, like hulu for example, and makes me reset my tv in order to get any of them to work, which in turn makes me have to re-enter all my info. shuts off randomly and wont turn back on for 10 min. screen flickers on certain apps/channels and wont ever go away. the color of everything on the screen turned green for a whole day, nothing fixed it until it just stopped the next day. the list goes on and on, definitely disappointed.
Sydney, I am sorry that you experienced multiple issues with your TU7000 4K Smart TV. If your TV has recently auto-updated its firmware, several of these issues should have been fixed (i.e., the color glitch your experienced). After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is still flickering or dimming sporadically, you may need to disable some of the energy efficiency features. Great picture, poor connection.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this tv, at first. The picture is great for the price. But, after a while, it started losing connection to my wifi network. The tv would work, technically, but I would lose all "smart" functions. It would go weeks at a time, refusing to connect to my network; then, I'll turn it on, and it just happens to connect. It's very frustrating, because I really do like this tv.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Ver 1401.7 is now available. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.
