Ui sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good image but holy mother of God the ui with remote is awful! I dumped cable and just went internet thinking it would save me time - no. Still one of the Worst operating experiences I have ever had with a TV. I like Samsung alot, but this is So cumbersome and so not intuitive - almost as bad as Apple products. Well, that might be a little too harsh... now. It sucks. Makes me dread turning it on.

Great tv

Tv is good quality and very teliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Samsung tv for 2 years now and I've enjoyed it completely and adjusted the settings to my liking not only that the game mode refresh rate helps smoothing my gameplay and the sounds is clear and enough bass from a tv and with my Samsung sound system and now Samsung is my go to brand with tv and sound system.

Great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very familiar and knowledgeable of these TVs because my parents have used this brand for the past 10-15 years. When I got my own place, no research was even needed; I already knew which brand I am going for lol. It fits all my needs and I'm glad I got the newer version and that wireless internet connection made it so easier for me to rearrange my place the way I actually wanted it. Picture quality is great, easy to use and sound is great too and the duality use is a plus. Most networks that I watch are already installed; you can access YouTube from your phone by connecting it to the TV by Bluetooth which I enjoy doing when I am away from it or even use the phone remote. You can either have it on a stand which I do or you may hang it as well. That's all a college student needs for her nest. TV, candles, hot chocolate and rain; perfect combo in my sanctuary (my place : )

This product has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV every day. I use it for streaming movies, watching sports and cable TV. Also playing my video games on it and i like the fact that i can sync it with my cell phone. Galaxy S22 ultra and transfer anything from my phone to the TV. I recommend this TV 1000% it's the best purchase i made in a long time.

Great Price but functionality not very good

when using smartthings or tapview more than 1/2 the time it won't connect. phone is a s20 when things work its great, but more than 1/2 the time it doesn't. when accessing apps it randomly goes to the source connection page & makes me switch back to home screen this happens no matter if it is idle or i'm going through apps or samsung tv to get what i want, even in the middle of shows, also is constantly trying to turn on the hdmi devices i unplugged them so it wont do it anymore & i get errors that the devices aren't connected & this happens in home screen, apps & the samsung tv channels. i've reset the tv twice & its fine for a day or 2 then starts again. i've gone through settings & cant find anything to stop this i'm not very happy with this tv

Great Hardware, Sucky Software

tv is great. the samsung smart tv needs an overhaul. it is an annoying menu thing that is half screen that was poorly designed. why you couldn't make it a full interactive os like apple tv os or a roku or whatever. you can barely see the apps you have. it disappears and is not easy to use. do what everyone else does in a market and copy who does it best, any make some tweaks. i was going to try for awhile but got very annoyed in the first 5 minutes of use that i switched right back to my apple tv.

Fantastic Tv

Nice for Price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this television. Wonderful picture straight out of the box. Super easy set-up process. We are a Samsung phone household so it was completely effortless to set-up through the Smart Things app. It connects to all streaming services straight from the TV without having to use extra devices to cast. One complaint I saw prior to purchasing was the limited number of HDMI ports. We connected our satellite to one that stays connected and simply have a cable inserted in the other that we can connect to any other device as needed (gaming console, DVD Player, etc) - the use of these are rare enough that it doesn't bother us. I am also sure there is some sort of splitter device that would allow us to keep them all plugged in and toggle through them as desired, which would be the better option for us anyways since we don't like having tons of cables visible with our TV being mounted to the wall.

Decent colors but slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it as the main TV of the house. The colors are OK but would recommend opting for a slightly more expensive model. The biggest issue I had is it felt a bit slow to navigate between the various options which I assume could be due to the cheaper CPU compared with other models. Still the price is charming..
