cutting to the chase - good picture, bad user interface. samsung forces their app "samsung tv plus" on you and won't let you move it or remove it. it starts up with the tv every time. the navigation (ui) is clunky at best and lags. very tough to tell where you are on the screen. likely will return for a tv with roku or more thoughtful and easier to use, user interface. once you get where you're going it's fine, but getting there is far too difficult.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung TV to stream movies and series on many streaming platforms. The picture quality is unsurpassed. It is almost as if we are in a movie theater - the picture is crisp with vibrant colors and natural skin tones. It is easy to use and to scroll through all of our streaming channels and the response time is quick. This is my second Samsung TV and I will only buy Samsung TVs in the future.

i purchased the samsung tu7000 when one of my children threw a tennis ball which hit the screen of my beautiful lg. loved that tv. i needed to get a tv that day, so i rushed out and bought this one. i bought too quickly, and i must admit that the low price was attractive. now i know why it was so cheap. each time i turn it on the color is faded, so i need to reset the picture. it's annoying. at first i thought it might be a minor glitch, but it must be adjusted each time you turn it on. i thought it might need a software upgrade, but nope, it says that its up to date. i didn't do enough research on the tv; found out later that it was a 2020 model, so i screwed up. you get what you pay for. i won't buy samsung again.

Has play store which is soo cool you can download apps & do so many of your favorite things on it BTW also comes with free samsung TV on it which I thought was a cool little perk even if you don't need or use it always good to have ! With health challenges, I primarily use it for entertainment purposes and to keep abreast of what's happening in the world. Overall, the TV itself has excellent picture and sound quality with sufficient customizable features in settings that meet my general needs. It also boasts a user-friendly remote, a clearly delineated guide and Samsung TV Plus which, although not extensive, offers free TV streaming of 100+ channels and an array of newscasts in conjunction with vintage and contemporary TV shows, documentaries, sports, movies, etc.. The TV also provides a centralized Hub and supports a number of platforms that can be downloaded via respective apps or directly accessed through SamsungTvPlus.com. Thus far, I've not encountered any problems with the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K and am considering purchasing another.

I am able to mirror my phone, my laptop and also connect a sound bar from Samsung to watch all the movies and feel like we are in a theater. I only was Samsung products in my home. I am working on purchasing other products like washer and dryer etc to have in my home. I use a Samsung phone as well. I would recommend this product and have to many of my family members

The problem i had was I didn't have internet at the time of purchasing the TV and it needs an update right out of the box and that makes the TV run 3X better! Also the auto light color correction had some problems so I just turned that feature off and no more problems.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Have this large flat TV mounted on the wall. Constantly use chrome cast with it. My kids know it's features better than I do. It's exactly the right size for my space and we enjoy watching movies and TV shows on it.
