The picture is clear and kind of looks fake, like your in the directors chair. The sound is so loud even on a low setting it helps with being hard of hearing

i purchased the samsung purposely because it was suppose to stream a couple of the streaming companies i belong to and my pervious tv didn't but it is so difficult to us i have not been able to watch much of anything except the digital regular channels... the picture is ok but nothing to crow about.. the only thing i like better than any of my previous tv's i can read the display when i change channels to know if i want to watch that channel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was very easy to set up. Easy step by step hook up as soon as I put in WIFI log in and password it started to connect to Samsung channels. It was easy to set up all our streaming apps. The picture is great. I have it set up on the wall in the master bedroom and we only stream at this time. I also hooked the TV up to a small digital antenna. I was amazed how many channels it picked up, more then all my other TVs I have. It takes a few minutes to figure out the remote once it is done you can maneuver any where you want. I cant complaint about anything on this TV. I love my Samsung 4k Smart TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it mostly for watching Youtube content and playing video games. It gets the job done. I like the screen resolution and compact size of this TV that fits exactly where I needed it to be. And, of course, it is very affordable.

we've had this tv for several months now, and we've been enjoying it with no problems. the picture quality is excellent. internet connectivity is easy, and we've watched some shows by that means. our only complaint, and it's minor one, is that we wish the tv had more than two hdmi ports. in this day and age, people can easily have four or five video sources, and it's nice to be able to connect them all to the tv without have to continually switch cords. anyway, in short , the tv is great while the connectivity options could be better.

However, the remote control hand head controller is poorly designed, ergonomically. Small lettering requires perfect vision or glasses and lots of light. Having to turn on the light and get glasses out to navigate is a pain in the butt. The interface on the TV screen for "Search" function is one long line that has to be negotiated and when selecting a character, extra choices show up on all sides of the selected character. SHould have been a QWERTY or matrix box, so much more efficient. The audio output doesn't remember the last setting when choosing a blue tooth device. Always defaults to SPEAKERS. One has to select every time to use the bluetooth option through a cumbersome SETTING menu. THe TV will pass through to the speakers a loud, buzzing noise if the blue tooth device is not on! Stupid in this day of electronic circuitry to mute noise. Clunky is my best description of the use of this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has all the basic Smart TV features with the clarity of 4K UHD. Was very easy to set up. All the apps for our streaming services were installed OR available in the Samsung store for free. We upgraded from a 40 inch class Samsung 1080p and the difference in clarity was very evident even on non 4k streams.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The step by step set up was a bit challenging but once we paired our Samsung acct. and our Samsung phones with the tv device, it was easy peasy. This smart TV has so many apps already downloaded and the few we wanted downloaded took no time to search and find. Godzilla vs King Kong was our first movie streaming choice on HBO MAX. We took it off standard mode to watch in film making mode. The results for me was ultra clear just like being on the set. I like it's Alexa capabilities built in the system, just give a command without switching channels on the remote, something that takes time of getting use to, especially after having the option of the remote being downloaded on your phone. Overall we couldn't have made a better choice with the Samsung 4k smart tv.
