It was easy to take out of the box an assemble. The only recent issue we came across is a green tint on the faces but it has gone away.

We use Android and Apple devices in my house, so before we primarily used Chromecast if we wanted to cast anything from our phones to the TV. We had considered getting an Apple TV too so that the Apple phones could share their screen, but this TV let's you cast both right out of the box. It has all the apps I could ever need, plus free Samsung TV Plus. They recently added a Portlandia channel, so I pretty much only watch that now. I even switched to a Samsung phone recently and there are even more integrations that I'm learning about, pretty impressive if you ask me. We used a sound bar for a little bit, but the TV speakers seemed better than the soundbar that we had on hand - YMMV though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV. I have a 43” Samsung that still works, but I needed an upgrade. I purchased this Crystal Smart Tv and I love it. There are so many features such as streaming and gaming. I have it paired with a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer and it creates an in-home theater experience. The picture is crystal clear and the sound is great.

The unit worked fine for a little more than a year and a half. Then one day the screen started going black momentarily and then back normal a few times. And now it keeps turning ON and OFF every 10 seconds by itself, with a black screen. Very disappointed with this purchase.

My last one lasted more than 10 years and I only bought this one because it's smart and gets Netflix and Prime Video. The overall picture is fantastic, great color and detail. The sound at 20 watts not so good so I bought a Samsung 200 watt soundbar. Wish they included better sound but now I have a great pic and sound and hope this TV will last as long as my last. Great price too! I bought this for my office to be my primary work display. It is crisp and clear when mirroring my laptop display. And when not in use for work it performs excellently with its native playback of netflix, disney+, amazon, and appletv content. In addition the integration with my PS4, Firestick 4k are also a nice plus. We have a 2018 65 inch version upstairs in the game room. This tv is all the quality and value I have come to expect with Samsung. I have 4 Samsung tv's in the house and 2 sony. Both have been excellent brands but Samsung has been the leader in my mind for years because the feature to dollar value has been more in almost any case. This tv had 3 HDMI inputs, which the Sony only had 2 that was in the same class and price. So I once again chose the Samsung. Produces low to no heat output, ultra thin bezel framing of the picture, and light weight. Great sound for built in sound, but still recommend a small soundbar for office spaces, full soundbar or surround companion for living room use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market for a 4K Ultra HDTV that would not break the budget and also wanted to try out a Samsung TV for once. I saw many reviews that told me to avoid this TV but I am glad I did not pay much attention to them. I have had this TV for over a year and have primarily used it for gaming. The lag is almost non-existent but there is some. Most content (even SD looks crisp thanks to Samsung's 4K upscale) Compared to my other 4K TV, I noticed this model actually has colors that "pop" more and richer darks. Another plus is how easy it is to just tap my phone on the side using SMARTERTHINGS app on my Z Flip 3 to mirror my phone/ cast content. The TV smart apps are honestly too slow and I instead rely on other devices, but that's ok. Sound is average. I have the volume on clear and it makes voices louder/easier to hear. When I hook up a soundbar however, there is SERIOUS delay with Dolby Digital so be warned. I have tweaked the settings to reduce it with the setting menu but it doesn't really help, so instead I just switched to Stereo or PCM . A little annoying but I can live with it. after about nine months, I noticed a RINGING SOUND when the TV is turned on and no content is playing. I hope this doesn't affect it later down the line, but I don't notice it as I watch anything but it is slightly there. Also when turning the TV on, there seems to be a fan inside because there is a low hum near the ports and vents that sounds electrical but goes away after 5 minutes or so.

It is easy to watch movies from my phone to my smart TV. The price was better than the competition and the availability - no waiting because it was not in stock from the retailer . Movie night is better on my Samsung. I love all the feature, specially the lighting functionality. I would definitely recommend buy this TV.
