[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a TV with a nice picture and easy to use for my bedroom. This Samsung is that and more. Easy set up. Its SMART which I haven't had. I can do so much on my TV without my computer connected. And the prices of Samsung TVs are affordable, and you get a wonderful product. I purchased it in March. No complaints very happy with my purchase.

The tv has clear and simple instructions so it's easy to set up. The tv also have smart apps so u can download streaming services which is very convenient.

This TV is a replacement for a 15 year old 32" Sony so the bar wasn't real high. Still, I have been impressed with the motion rate and clarity of picture. Set up was fairly easy, just make sure you have two people even if you are using the stand provided. My only complaint is really more like a nuisance. Adding apps is cumbersome and the remote is not the same as my other Samsung TV remote so the home button and arrow keys are hard to find in the dark. really could use a back light on the remote! My fear is that it will be good for just long enough for me to happy with it and relax. Then the green bars and washout I've read about will happen. Until then- hopefully not- I'm happy.

my son got me this tv because i complained about not being able to see my 34". i can see everything now. i noticed a scare on an actors face that i had never seen. i haven't really dealt with the different features because i have a fire stick. the only thing i don't like is that menu that pops up, i havae tried to get rid of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having previously owned a standard HD tv I was very impressed by the 4K quality when I set up my Samsung. I have had my tv for about a month and I am still exploring it's features and marvel at the 4K quality while watching movies and tv.

this replaced a 2009 plasma which went in another room. the picture on that is far better than this in every way. this image is dim. a little better after disabling all eco settings but the colors remain bad. nothing is bright except people's faces which are washed out. blacks are never really black. did several factoryresets and updated firmware but nothing is any better. the old plasma tv is so much better. every tv in local stores looks fantastic but they don't have this exact size which i need for the space. i have a service request in to samsung but the earliest they can help me will be after the time i can return this

We love it because we can use all our favorite app such as Amazon prime, Netflix, YouTube and Hulu. Also, we have Samsung tv access to all tv networks and more. We don't need to purchase cable. Highly recommend this product.

Other features like free channels are almost complete like free movies, sports, news, kids channel which my son favorite sometimes can't watch because he's watching, i think i need to buy another one.LOL. And also the the apps included its easy to install. Im very satisfied in all the features of this TV.

Purchased a little over four months ago, and started having problems with sound right away. Then, I would notice little blips, zigzags, pixelations, etc. in the picture that were just momentary. Now they are getting more frequent and longer. After so much research, turned out to be a terrible purchase.
