[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the image on this tv is spectacular - no complaints and can't imagine needing anything more. But the streaming menu and navigation are pretty cludgy, with significant input lag and a frequent need to restart the tv to get it to do simple tasks. I have yet to figure out how to move more recently added platforms to the front of the line - very frustrating to scroll past things I have never looked at to get to something I use every day. I replaced a previous ‘dumb' Samsung and wish I had bought another one and just added a Roku stick.

The color quality is excellent, well-balanced and needs no adjustment. The screen is clear and fills the screen vertically and horizontally. This was an excellent investment in our viewing pleasure. We paired it with a Samsung Surround-Sound system and no longer spend a lot of money going to the movies. Samsung TV's are just well-made, durable, and beautiful.

mixed feelings. picture is great. i set it up and all was good. about 1 week later it recognized there was a device on hdmi-1 but didnt know what it was. it was my spectrum cisco 8742hdc cable box. so couldnt control cable box with samsung remote. tried everything but no luck. even when i manually told it the make and model it couldnt control it. so now i have to use two controllers. shouldnt have to do that with a “smart” tv.

I was able to cancel my tv subscription which basically paid for the tv in the first 6 mths of owning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS TV SET IS USED IN THE DEN, IT WAS PURCHASED TO REPLACE A 55" LG UNIT THAT DIED AFTER 2 YEARS. I DECIDED TO TRY A SAMSUNG INSTEAD OF THE LEG BASED ON THE COMPARISON OF FEATURES. THE ONE FEATURE THAT I REALLY LOVE ABOUT THIS SAMSUNG MODEL IS THE ABILITY TO MIRROR MY APPLE DEVICES WITHOUT NEEDING AN ENGINEERING DEGREE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. THE OTHER FEATURE I REALLY LIKE IS THE EASY SETUP FOR THE BLUETOOTH SOUNDBAR. A+ ON THESE. IT IS VERY EASY TO OPERATE AND SETUP AND I REALLY LIKE THE PICTURE, CLEAR, SHARP WITH THE 4K RESOLUTION.

our last tv was a 2105 model of a different brand & couldnt access hbo max or apple tv without some kind of external device. i just wanted to be able to turn on the tv & have the options there. since getting this tv we have been able to access all the channels. however, the picture is initially set up in some eco friendly way that makes it dark. you really have to play with it to make it light enough. but there should be a higher level to the brightness. it's also not the most user friendly. we end up exiting what we are watching by mistake quite often. being able to set things up with your smartphone is helpful. the picture is clear, sound is good, apps all there. an improvement would be a remote with a qwerty keyboard on back to make the search function quicker.

I also have my Alexis integrated to enable streaming and showing music which I'm listening to. I've measured for my soon to be addition of the newest Samsung 65" or 70" TV. THE 65" IS MY CHOICE CAN'T WAIT. I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY TO HAVE CHOSEN MY TV.

These tv's provide a clear picture, vibrant color, and great sound for the price. The apps run seamlessly which minimize the number of devices we have to have connected to the mounted tvs. Additionally, the integration of apple tv and chromecast make it easy to share content from our phones with large groups. Lastly, we love the integration of the Smart Home app on our personal devices. It's great to turn the tv's on our off from the alternate floor in our home if it's been unintentionally left on. I would recommend this model tv for anyone who is a casual watcher to an avid sports fan or movie buff.
