The quality is the best! The picture is so clear you can see every little detail. Apps are easy to install and you have added features to make it go above and beyond the call of duty! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for streaming YouTube TV and YouTube videos. So far I'm very pleased. Adding YouTube TV to the Samsung smart hub was very simple. I can't give 5 stars because of a frustrating hangup during the setup process. The TV wouldn't move further through setup once I updated the firmware. This was very bothersome since it's a brand new TV right out of the box and you're already encountering a problem. After searching Samsung forums I was finally successful after unplugging the TV and plugging it back in.

The picture is crystal clear. The smart features are amazing and we are still learning the many features. The apps are easy to get to and log into so we can watch our favorite shows in quality. We can binge on an unbelievable picture and sound. We can go on the internet and do things and this tv is an absolute addition to our home and we recommend it to all. Go get one for sure.

Wifi direct, instantly connected with my Note 10+ and could us multiple sound/audio devices during Bluetooth connectivity. The most amazing visually and technically to me by far and my friends have other models of Smart 4k Brands.

I will only purchase Samsung due to the superior picture and sound quality and technology superiority.

I have an Xbox series X hooked to two of them and an Xbox One X hook to the Third. They are all so amazing I will always and forever own Samsung televisions Samsung phones Samsung tablet Samsung everything thanks for making such an amazing product and such an amazing prices.

This TV is disconnected from the internet 9 out of 10 times you go to stream anything and more often then not it won't reconnect. I have to constantly forget network and reconnect and keep trying and keep trying until it finally reconnects. This has nothing to do with my internet as I have 3 other smart tvs further from router and have zero issues. Should have read the review on this prior as I now see a lot of people have this problem.

Having to have the volume set at 40-50 just to hear it across the room. I would the expect the speakers to be better than that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a basic tv user. I watch my movies and tv shows on it regularly. I also play video games on it. I'm not a huge display snob so I don't notice anything “wrong” with it. It does everything I need it to. The only thing that sometimes gets annoying is the sound. But that also varies depending on what I am using the tv for. Sometimes when I am mirroring my phone, the sound needs to be higher than I expect. I do love that I can use my phone as the remote if I want to. Do wish that it just came with a smart remote. Also love the Samsung TV guide. Has some pretty good selections of things I actually watch. Overalll, really happy with the purchase.
