Great TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a GREAT TV for the Price. Very Clear 4K, and the Apps work great, except for a few apps that crash occasionally. The Samsung TV App is Awesome. The only Issue I have is that there is a shadow that completely covers 1/3 of an inch all the way around. The Bezel may be the cause, or the way the back light is set, not sure.

Loooovee the picture quality

Top TV in the Game!!!

The picture is perfect and is great watching in the light and the dark. Great colors and black undertone for the best gaming and movie watching experience.

It's okay

i think it has a nice picture and its thin ans low profile, but the menu is quite cumbersome and for thr lofe of me i can't get the remote to work with my xfinity cable box. i've tried to uninstall and reinstall the remote multiple times. it will work for a short period and then it stops. so frustrating. the sound is also a bit subpar. definitely worse than the lg it replaced.

Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace another brand of tv. It was getting old and I wanted a newer model. I saw the Samsung on display and I liked the picture. After getting it home, setup was a breeze and took about 15 minutes. I mostly watch movies and i am always slightly amazed at the picture quality. I will be buying another Samsung when it is time to replace this one.

Love the overall functionality

My only very minor complaint was that the dimensions for the width of the feet were not included in the box. Overall would highly recommend this TV

Awesome Picture, Easy Set Up

The smart features were easy to set up eliminating the need for a secondary device. We are considering upgrading all of our other TV's after having this one. Would definitely recommend Samsung products.

Very dark picture

i have had nothing but visios in the house for years. in the living room, where there is a lot of ambient light, the picture has always been somewhat dark. i decided to upgrade from the 55” visio to this 65” samsung. obviously bigger screen but ultimately a much darker experience. it is essentially unwatchable in daylight. im not exaggerating, most of the time we cant even make out what is on the screen unless we close the blinds and draw the curtains. its very annoying. im certain that when we upgrade this to a 75”, it will be a visio. i also bought a samsung soundbar to go with it. this was also problematic. it sould not sync no matter how much we tried to make it work. however, my 8 year old cheap insignia soundbar syncs right up to it. also not a fan of samsung remotes.

I have a few recommendations which may help resolve the issues you are experiencing. First, let's ensure you are running the latest firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Update from here if needed. Next, If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the Brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Regarding your Soundbar not connecting: Please know that our TVs have a Pass-Through audio feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. On your TV, go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through. Also, ensure you have chosen the Soundbar as your output source. Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. If you have tried this and your issue persists, please reach out to Samsung Customer Support so that we can provide further troubleshooting.
