[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our TV is used for streaming and gaming. Overall, the picture quality is nice. The internal speakers are pretty good but we use a sound bar. The issues I have with this model are 1) In dark programming there is a visible, stuttered motion trail that is very unnatural and distracting. It looks best with bright program material. 2) The power button/controls on the bottom center of the frame are pretty useless. 3) Due to #2, when the TV freezes I have to pull the power to get it to work, which used to happen fairly frequently. 4) The remote is not friendly - the transport controls are very small and at the bottom. Also, there is no bluetooth button! You have to navigate through many pages through the settings to connect/disconnect headphones. I like the TV but the LG I had before this was much more user-friendly. I realize Samsung makes much nicer TVs but the I'd be reluctant to commit to an upgrade without knowing these issues would be addressed.

Mostly like this set.
for the most part i love the tv, but if you don't have a cable box but have cable don't expect to get all your channels. it took over 5 phone calls to get a somewhat helpful person. he claims it is a bug and the software people will write a patch to fix it but will take over a month to do. so while i wait i am missing half my cable channels. so until it is fixed we have a love hate relationship.

Plus, an antenna will help your TV find even more channels and improve the quality of the signal. If you are not receiving all channels. Picture Quality

We wanted a bigger screen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was a replacement for our previous Samsung TV. The old set still worked great, but we wanted a bigger screen. The new TV has such a clear, bright picture. The colors really pop. It fits perfectly in our room.
This TV Rocks!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was way different from the Sony Bravia that I had. I had to adjust to it because there was no lag in it. The megahertz were pretty stellar and I had to understand that it was way smoother than my Sony Bravia. But, getting into it, the graphics were amazing. It's almost like you were right there in the picture. I actually like to watch this TV with the lights off because the color is so brilliant and it's just like watching a movie. We were also able to hook this TV to our Alexa so the Alexa can actually turn the TV on now. And then of course you can connect all of the devices that you pretty much need to connect to the TV. The only thing I don't like is that it does not have buttons if you lose the remote. But I guess Samsung figures that if you have enough connections to it you can still turn the TV on and off or change the source with some other device. If you're looking at getting a really good TV, this will definitely be the TV!
Good tv but lags

My other tv was a different/ cheaper brand but it says not to say other brands in this so I won't but I'll probably not buy another Samsung tv in the future, I like Samsung products but this one was a bit of a letdown

Vivid movies & clear picture

Remote view soundshare usb streaming the several number of ports available, bat mainlynthe quality of the picture and vivid videos is what i liked the most. You can enjoy a high different level of technology here.
Fantastic secondary options for the guest
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased several of these tv for my offices and guest room and for just the TV alone you are getting a lot of action with the OS.. This is the only smart tv I've found to work alone without the need to reach out to 3rd party device to gain access to application and your favorite streaming service this tv has it, O and did I mention Samsung Plus, the tv function once connected to the web with Samsung plus which has done a really good job with providing a wonderful selection of live tv for "FREE". The 4k abilities are on point as well when watching 4k content with deep blacks an blues really crisp image quality.
Great picture
the image quality is great and i'm definitely enjoying my 58” tv, but i will admit it has some quirks. especially on the home menu the remote seems to lag then speed up when selecting things so i occasionally open the wrong app. it also seems to dislike netflix as the app often gets an error and reloads. by often i mean almost every time i open netflix. i consider these things very minor inconceniences.

I read the Samsung reviews and ratings and decided to go for it. The price was great for a 65 in. It arrived quickly and in good shape. The color is amazing! We are loving it.
