New Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have purchased other Samsung TVs in the past and have always been very satisfied. This TV we bought for our new home and couldn't wait to get it hooked up. Even though it is 75in, my husband and I were easily able to load it into our vehicle and then into our home. It was very easy to hook up and we love the great features and slim, easy to use remote, making everything fast and easy to access. Picture is sharp and clear, with great definition. We are both very happy with our new TV.

Love the app options and features of the tv

Amazing picture quality

Sound is low and picture quality could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not enough connections compared to old lcd tv. Sound is lower than old lcd tv. TV gets a bad glare if sun shines through window or if you turn a light on. Disney plus downloaded and the picture is extremely dark to any other app. Works great if you use a laptop to stream Disney plus and connect to tv. Other than that the tv is good. Only other thing I dont like about it is it tries to turn other devices on that are hooked up to it by itself.

I am very sorry to hear that your apps are not working properly. Please check your network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work, or its image quality may be poor. If you have an app that is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV, updating your TV's software, deleting and downloading the app again, and a completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue with the app. If other devices are turning on, your TV may be sending a CEC command to turn the last HDMI source on. You can disable the CEC by going to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = off I hope this helps to solve your concerns. Decent television

Beautiful

Not as many bells & whistles as our main TV downstairs but gorgeous enough that the kids are awed. Picture and sound quality are good and I love having it connected to my phone, so I can control how much and what the kids watch.

The best TV I ever have.

Samsung Crystal UHD

It has changed the way I interact with programming and the numerous ways available to be entertained via the numerous streaming apps that I never had before. This is the way

Very thin and lightweight, makes moving it or wall mounting it easy to do. Very easy to use. Great for streaming videos or using it with your mobile device (Smart View). Also great for gaming with the "game-mode" Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Very little good, more bad

picture setting out of the box are bad but easy enough to fix. the channel guide for my antenna is never right, i've rescanned it a couple of times. right for a while then wrong again the next time i look at it. there is the issue with the flickering backlight, it has happened to me a couple of times in the week ive had the tv. then today there was an issue with color shifting that required me to power cycle the tv 3 times to fix. finally, when i check to see if there is an ota update to fix the many issues it says i dont have enough storage, delete some apps. the only apps on the tv are the ones samsung installed. this will probably be getting returned soon. too much of a headache for something thats supposed to plug and be forgotten.

Plus, an antenna will help your TV find even more channels and improve the quality of the signal. If you are not receiving all channels.
