Great TV

honestly the best tv i have ever purchased. superb sound quality, stunning detail in the images, 4k upscaling is great and amazing for gaming. i have never seen a remote that can control my xbox one. that is a amazing feature! thank you so much for the great product!

Samsung U7000

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for streaming, and the kids use it for playing games. Picture is awesome, loads quickly. Reasonable price. I replaced an older Samsung with this one, I am really enjoying it. Kids now have the older Samsung (which still works great), but I want a larger one, and they like playing games on this one, so they will get this one when I get a new one. I really like the Samsung TV's. Have never had an issue with them. My next TV will also be a Samsung.

Poor TV - TV Stinks

Bought this TV in 2021 and broke after 3 years. Doesn't get used a lot but now just flickers on and off. Can't factory reset it or anything. Seems like the capacitors are a piece of junk and cheap on this unit. I only buy Samsung but never had a TV break after only 3 years. This may change my future purchasing

I hate this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV the first I still have and I like it but this one I hate. This TV is too dark and will not get any brighter I have all the settings as high as I can and some movies are impossible to watch they are so dark you can't see them. I have read reviews from other owners and they say the same thing the TV is too dark and will be my last Samsung product. By the way I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer and gave them away after only a couple years they were junk also.

Oldgolfer: I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. GREAT TV FOR FAMILY VIEWING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for sports and to stream my Netflix YouTube TV HBO max and my baby girl actually loves watching Disney plus on the TV this TV helps us so much with our daughter it's clear and the picture is so good she zones out in it for hours lol great for family use I MEAN I LOVE THIS SO MUCH I'm moving this one to my bedroom and I'm getting a size or 2 up for my living room because I really don't want anything g else all the things this TV does there's no need for a different brand

Great size for the price, Needs another HDMI input

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV fits great on a big open wall hung above a console. We use the TV in the main living room for everything from watching sports, streaming movies and shows, and playing video games. Being an 82 inch TV it should be automatic that it comes with more HDMI inputs than just 2. We had to plug in our surround sound via the optical input vs. the HDMI option as the two HDMI ports were quickly taken up by the cable box and the game console. Only other small issue is there is slight lag time between the remote and TV. TV picture quality is decent for its size, could have spent a lot more to get more color but smaller size, but opted for the bigger size.

Love the TV, Hate the Remote Control

excellent tv for quality of picture and features. the smart features load a lot quivker than iur previous samsung. i find the remote control to be very difficult to use (“first world” problem, i know). something about the placement of the buttons and the narrow, curved design. i'll be looking for a universal remote to remedy the problem.

Love the TV, hate the remote

i'm very satisfied with my tu7000 tv purchase overall. i'd have to say that i'm disappointed with the smart functionality. i don't like the fact that i can't customize the “home” view by removing apps that i'll never use. what i strongly dislike is the “smart” remote supplied with the set. the buttons are too small in my opinion. i ended up plugging my roku + stick into the tv and using their ui and remote.

Love it!

The picture is beautiful, it's easy to navigate, and the sound though the TV is crystal clear - I constantly am playing Spotify off my TV (Which I can control easily from my phone and computer) and the music sounds great. The only thing I wish were different is the remote - it's a little clunky with a lot of buttons and I wish I could use voice commands, but it's not enough of an inconvenience to go below a 5 star rating. Overall, I love this TV and am a huge Samsung supporter after owning this TV.

Amazing picture!
