One of greatest features is that it does all the work when you get it and go to set it up. There is no enter this code or find this or that. It automatically pulls up all devices you connect to it and then you pick which devices you want it to connect to. The remote also works with all the other devices with out you having to set them up also. It truly is crystal clear compared to other tv's. It is all very user friendly and well designed!

The clearness in the picture, the response time, and ease of use are amazing. It has great sound quality, whether you want to use it for music, movies or gaming. We're a well rounded and techy family and this TV fits all of our needs. And have I mentioned its like having your own home theater. You really can't go wrong with a Samsung product from appliances to entertainment devices they have you covered! And this TV kept right in line with their quality of product.

We have movies that range in age from the 80's all the way up to current. No matter which movie we pop in, this TV has incredible quality. The speed and graphics are better then any TV I've ever owned. This TV is also compatible with all of our devices. Our tablet, both my husband and my phone, and it has all of our favorite streaming apps as well. No matter what we feel like watching or doing, this TV does it beautifully. We also live out in the country and don't have reliable wifi. If we want to watch a streaming service we have like Netflix or Disney+ it's as easy as casting to the TV so we can simply run off of our cell signal. This is absolutely my favorite TV I've ever had, and we plan on upgrading to all Samsung TVs in the future.

The picture quality is great, sound is good, and Game Mode works well for video games. There is a good selection of built-in apps for streaming. But there are white lines that sometimes appear on the sides of the screen. They can be pretty distracting.

as a person who streams tv, the extremely limited number of tv apps is disappointing. this was a waste of my money as i still needed to purchase an amazon fire tv stick to get all of the apps i was looking for. after about a week of use the apps that i did have stopped playing and i had to reset the tv and start from scratch all over again. the smart things app did not work the second time around and i had to set up the tv via remote.

Remote control is really awful - it works fine but keys are so close together you can end up doing something entirely different from intended. Use the smartthing app - much easier to navigate. Television is great, apps work great. love the internet app!

everytime i turn on my tv it says network error. for awhile i would unplug my tv and let it reconnect. now i hold down the power button 3 secs for it to reconnect. thats the only way it will come on without getting a network setting error. not happy with samsung at all.

The size is perfect for the room we have and the quality considering the price and other TVs in its category blows everyone away. I would buy this tv 10/10 times again. We were never a Samsung family before but we are now and will be in the future.

first let me say that i love the picture quality which i expect from a samsung tv. what let me way down is the smart operating system. when i turn the tv on there's an annoying menu that pops up and it won't go away unless you hit the back button. it only has 2 hdmi ports which i didn't think much of until i had to plug in my xbox, sound bar, and an unexpected chromecast. way too many buttons on the remote, difficulty navigating options and setting menus... the list goes on. bottom line: it's my fault i didn't look more into the features before purchasing but there are certain things i've come to assume about modern tech, ease of use being one of them.
