Mediocre

- the menus are incredibly slow and not super intuitive. - the hardware buttons are very hard to use on the tv, so don't lose your remote. - the motion blur settings/jitter reduction options cause video artifacts. - image started to look washed out after a while, then started flickering after 4 months. i've started a warranty claim... -samsung tv, the included service, is pretty neat. a lot like pluto.

I am sorry that you are experiencing some delayed response when navigating menus. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care If your TV is flickering or dimming sporadically, you may need to disable some of the energy efficiency features. Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer. Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test I hope this helps. Decent low-end 4K TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I use my TV for mostly gaming and multimedia streaming. 4K resolution at 60htz is solid for the most part but the HDR is barely noticeable if there are all. It's an LED the blacks are pretty bad at times during 4k movies and games also. The sound quality was surprisingly nice, crisp and can get pretty loud on the right setting. UI is pretty slow once you connect it to the internet so I highly advise against that and just use a gaming console or streaming device of choice. My last critique of this TV is how inconsistent it is with game mode for the PS5. Auto game mode just doesn't work. You have to switch back and fourth if you want to leave game mode while streaming anything, and you'd definitely want to do that with how bad the sound quality because when in game mode. This TV just gets the job done if you want to watch and play things at 4K with little latency. There are many annoyances that keep me from recommending this to other people.

This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care If you are having issues with game mode, Game Mode is turned on automatically when the selected source is identified as a game console, like Xbox One X / S or Xbox Series X, but it must be turned on manually if the selected source is identified as PC. We recommend enabling Anynet+ as well as Input Signal Plus (HDMI UHD Color) on your TV. To enable Anynet+, go to: Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = On. Next, connect your gaming console using an HDMI cable, and then turn it on - it will automatically connect to the TV. To enable Input Signal Plus, go to: Settings > General > External Device Manager > Input Signal Plus. From there, select the HDMI port that is connected to your gaming console. Also please be sure your TV is up to date with firmware version 2201.0, as this includes various performance updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update. Great product with easy navigation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this TV to help furnish our house and it is a great family room addition. Easy to access application, remote functions and great volume control/speakers. Some issues I have are that the TV will freeze once in a blue moon and I'll have to unplug it from the outlet (remote won't work). Other TVs will have more HDMI inputs (this one only has 2 - I've seen others with 4). Lastly, when looking to replace our living room TV, I've seen bigger TV options (true brand names) for a lower price than Samsung. Overall, still a great TV that I'm blessed to have ♡

Great picture at any angle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love westerns, sports and documentaries also the News. This TV has more free apps that I've ever seen. I am hooked on Samsung TV. That's one of the free apps and it is loaded with channels. For once, I feel like I got my money's worth.

Not bad for the price, but no Hulu App

the image quality is good for the price. the overall experience is good. but we mostly use streaming services. i had a 42" samsung before, that didn't have the hulu app available. we bough this one because it had the app logo in the box, instead of other brand of similar quality and price. for our surprise, it had almost all the apps we use, except hulu. we have the app on our phones and tables and we can stream it to the tv, but the whole idea on buying this tv was not having to do that. other than that, i wish it had some analog connection for dvd players and audio receivers. it only has 2 hdmi and one audio (optical) 1 usb port and one lan port.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not able to find the Hulu app. First, please make sure you are running the latest firmware version (ver 1401.7) Software updates are regularly released for Samsung products. If possible, you should always update to the latest version to make sure that your device is the best it can possibly be. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. If your app is not available on the home screen, you can search for it and install it. - Press Home, then select the Apps icon - Navigate to the top and select the Search icon (magnifying glass) - Type Hulu in the search bar and install the app Note: You may need to cold reboot the TV for Hulu to load this version (5.3.262) To cold reboot the TV: While the TV is on, press and hold the power button on the remote until the TV turns off and then back on. Completely Satisfied!!!!

Amazing picture

The features and clarity were so good I bought the 82" same model. Upgraded size of home theater and newer nicer upgrade for living area. Great smart features. Love this model. I have been through a few big screen TVs. Overall best value and quality picture hands down!

love it!!

I love how the tv makes my games come alive. Thinking of buying another Samsung tv to accommodate my husband because I retired my old 360xbox to him.

The TV is overall great

I would say the only thing that isn't ideal would be the minimum HDMI ports it only comes with 2 which isn't bad just wish there was maybe 2 more. Other then that the price and what you get for is good.
