Awesome 70 inch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is amazing its my first 4k TV. It plays video games great and streams TV show and movies flawlessly. The bright colors are great as well. The only complaint I have is when Netflix shoots shows in the dark it's hard to see on my TV. It's probably my fault for not having proper lighting. Overall awesome tv.

Great TV for all types of media

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is great for gaming and online classes. The device easily connects to a computer or laptop as an extended screen for any purpose I see fit. It has special features depending on what I'm doing too, a theater mode for watching movies and a gaming mode for playing games are an example.

Excellent 43"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced an older HD tv that had very dark scenes. The Samsung is much brighter and has much more defined /contrast in image. Minor problem is Ocasionaly turns on by itself. Solved (we believe) by turning the tv off with the Samsung remote as opposed to the cable box remote. Also lots of options as to Samsung channels available when connected to the internet.

Great picture and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for streaming, movies, sports, etc., and I love it! The picture is very clear. I like that it connects to my Echo dot so that I can voice control the TV as well. It comes with Samsung TV, which is free, and I've found a lot of great tv shows and movies on there. If you're not sure whether or not to buy this TV, I say DO IT!

Nice Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the samsung tv for a few weeks I really do find the picture to be vibrant. It has great features and a nice interface. The sound quality is good and the smart part of the tv is handy. I do have to say that I'm bummed it only comes with 2 HDMI ports... and the control buttons on the bottom of the TV are horrible. There should be a dedicated Power button atleast. There is only one button and it's difficult to figure out. The Smart TV feature is great however very laggy. I actually ended up plugging in my ROKU since it was much faster. It does work so you can use it but I was just used to the faster speed. I have used the Samsung TV Plus app on this TV. Its pretty neat as it has a ton of free channels. Netflix and youtube Tv are also plusses on this TV. The remote is your typical remote no fancy bells or whistles just easy to use and straight forward. Overall a great TV with a few minor things I wish could be different.

Okay TV, poor interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From a technical perspective, the TV is okay. The picture quality is fine, though I wish it were a little clearer, but that's on me for buying at this price point. The biggest problem with the TV is the interface. The remote is awful. I don't think anyone actually used the prototype before okaying it. The control arrows are too far away from the volume and channel controls, so to use it properly you are forever shifting the remote in your hand. The app buttons for Netflix, etc. get in the way. I've launched the apps a few times accidentally. The interface on the TV itself is poor. When I turn on the TV to use our Roku, the menu bar on the TV itself stays in place, without timing out (apparently due to a recent software update), so that I have to hit the Return button to kill it. I couldn't get the TV hooked up to bluetooth. The software to mirror my computer to the TV is antiquated, has a memory leak, and uses up so many resources I ended up uninstalling it. The web browser is cumbersome and blocks a number of valid sites. The TV tuner has no way of easily hopping to the front of the list, after adding scores of TV shows on its own I have no interest in. Yet it can't pick up the local CBS or ABC affiliates off the digital antenna that I can easily get with my old TV. So, works okay with Roku and the streaming service apps. Does not communicate well with other devices, and the user interface is clumsy.

Hi Hyperbear, We appreciate your feedback on the TU7000 TV; please know it will be shared with our internal product teams. I do have a few tips that may improve your experience. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Remote Control: If you prefer, you can control your TV with your Smart Phone by downloading the SmartThings App. Menu Bar Auto Appearing: To disable the Menu Bar when using your Roku, go to Settings > General > Smart Features and disable the Autorun Smart Hub setting. Bluetooth Connection: First, to ensure you are pairing correctly, go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List> Pair. - If the TV fails to find a Bluetooth audio device, place the device closer to the TV and then select Refresh. - When you turn on a paired Bluetooth audio device, the TV detects it automatically and then displays a pop-up window. Use this pop-up window to activate or deactivate the Bluetooth audio device. You may want to check the Connection Guide for detailed information regarding connecting your speakers. Go to Source > Connection Guide > Audio Device > Bluetooth. Some things to keep in mind when using Bluetooth headphones: - You can only pair one Bluetooth audio device at a time. - You can't use Bluetooth devices and the Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup feature (also called Surround) or TV SoundConnect simultaneously. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor

Great TV with a amazing picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Samsung TV and haven't had that much time to review it fully but I would like to say from what I have used, the free streaming tv that comes with it, is amazing and I'm 100 percent satisfied with my purchase. I love all the apps that the TV has as well.
