[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much research I decided to buy this TV as my first smart tv and after almost two months of usage I have to say I am quite satisfied with the features of this television. The thin sleek boundary makes it look very elegant. It has all the capabilities you would expect from of a smart television. It's internet browser is quite straight forward and easy to use because it has a mouse pointer. The display resolution, contrast and brightness are all amazing. There are only two reasons why I took a star off for my review. For some reason the TV cannot catch satellite signals. Nobody needs satellite channels these days but I was hoping to catch some local channels but I guess I can get an external antenna for that. Secondly if there's a light turned on in front of the screen then you would definitely see the glare, therefore, you would have to turn the lights off in front of the screen but I guess that is expected from a television in this price range. Nevertheless it effects the user experience. All in all its a great television and I hope to continue using it for many years to come.

The picture is so clear it took time to get used to it compared to our older Samsung. Would buy a 32” one if I could but don't believe they make them that small (at least I couldn't find one)

Set up was very easy with no issues. No problems with streaming and apps we easy to install as well. Samsung TV is a bonus as I do not use cable.

i retired a few months ago and my oldest daughter and her husband bought this for me as a retirement gift. it replaced a 48" samsung from 2007 that was working great. anyway, i love the new television. great picture and it looks great on the wall. i have a separate surround sound system and it matches well with the tv. it is a great retirement gift.

tv has met expectation aside form the occasional network communication issue a poorly designed remote. every one has different preferences but it feels like this remote was designed to put the least used buttons at your fingertips and the most used out of the way. often need to turn on the light to use. antithesis of intuitive...

The TV system sound is good but works much better with Samsung sound bar system. Their customers service is amazing and responsive.

i bought a tv in november of 2020...it is now july 2021 and i am unable to enjoy my tv...the picture has gone out and has a black screen. unbelievable that already it has quit. i probably wont waste my time or money on buying another one. i'm going on a month now waiting for parts to be delivered and to be repaired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always honest so if your just looking for praise, wrong lady. Great picture quality, like exceptional . If a wart had a wart, you'd know it. But 2 things disappointed. You need a phd for the remote & the sensitivity factor on it after using a Firestick remote is like corporal punishment. Keep it simple & user friendly. Then people will spread the word & they will sell. The 2nd thing is the audio. I am hard of hearing & if I don't win a sound bar will be forced to invest in one to enjoy this tv. Sad but true. Nice tv for the price. No real regrets but would i recommend it...no. i have a Samsung phone...a Samsung tablet...& my 1st slight dissappointment is this tv. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set has a very nice, sharp picture, but darker scenes could be brighter. App layout is easy, and switching between sources is smooth. The sound is just OK so I added a sound bar to enhance the sound quality.
