i just bought it 2weeks ago. when i got the tv it have blinking problem. show up randomly can enjoy this tv poor quality. was trying to resolve the problem today. but spending almost a hour still no solution. too much problem to get this tv. not enjoyable. not recommend buying.

samsung's app access is not user-friendly. not intuitive and not easy to access when you have numerous regularly used apps. sound is terrible (not a big deal for most like me with a home theater system anyway). brightness and especially light/dark contrast is poor. still playing with color settings, but the presets are not helpful.

If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. Pretty much the worst tv experience
the good- the bad- darkest picture ever. cant adjust it enough to see people when its a low light setting audio- doesnt stay connected to bluetooth soundbar from same brand picture- randomly has blue light/tint that covers the whole tv. cant read or see anything until it randomly goes away lag- lags like an early 2000's computer with viruses. click any button on the remote and wait 5 seconds or until it spazzes out and goes into a random app or some animal documentary

There are several troubleshooting steps you can take to improve your experience. 1) Please be sure to download and install the latest firmware which improves Bluetooth connection and addresses the color glitch issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. If you would like to update your software using USB, please check for the latest version on the Samsung website Please be sure to reset the TV after it has been updated by either unplugging the AC for 20 seconds (or) pressing and holding the power butting until the TV turns off then back on. 2) To address your lag issue, you may want to run the self-diagnosis tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care 3) Samsung is aware of the issue of scenes appearing too dark, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue. Did Not Last
i love samsung products love them. i have 2 g7 monitors for my pc, 3 other samsung tvs, phones, and my watch all samsung. im a fan boy. but this tv let me down. i bought it about 2 years ago when it was released, and its now dead. it was barely used, im at my computer the majority of the time. i would say it has less than 500 total hours over 2 years. and now no picture period. this was a major let down.

Please know we are here to help you. If your TV has a black screen even when it's on, it's quite possible it could actually be your external device and not your TV. Please try these troubleshooting steps for your blank screen issue: 1. Press the Home button on the remote. If the menu appears, the TV is powered on but is either not on the correct source or not receiving a signal. If the menu does not appear, the TV may be having power issues. Check the red standby light, a little red light at the edge of the TV that you aim the remote at. In normal use, the red standby light is on when the TV is off (indicating the TV is on standby), and the red standby light is off when the TV is in use (or doesn't have power). 2. Confirm the TV is set to the same source as the external device. For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1. If the TV is set to the correct source but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced. After you've reconnected the external device, turn it off and then back on. 3. Test the HDMI cable. Some TVs have an HDMI cable test. Some models only have this test after a software update, and older models do not have it. If your model does not have this test or is not connected by HDMI, skip to the next step. The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords. To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says, the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required. 4. Test different external devices. The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port. If you were unable to test the cable in the previous step, then try swapping the cable, too. If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it. Love it....but....
I'll make this quick, I LOVE IT!!! What sucks is lack of storage or the option to add more. How can I perform a software update, when the TV out the box only gives like 200 MB. I had to delete the only two apps I downloaded and then tv still didnt have enough storage. Ima give it a week then change my review to a 2 star.
Great Feature and Responsiveness

It has been excellent and I recommend the TV to anyone looking for a large screen. Pros: Great Picture Great Software Cons Screen Brightness is not relatively high enough NEEDS MORE HDMI INPUTS. It is so stupid they only give you two now.
I love my new TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying my tv for a week, I have to say that I love my new TV. This is such an improvement over my older TV. The image colors are vibrant and defined, and make the viewing experience more enjoyable. Great sound with fabulous smart features, it comes with a lot of apps already installed and it's very easy to access to them. I loved that I can connect my phone via WiFi and use it as the remote control. Set up was super easy. This TV has exceeded all my expectations. All though I do wish it had more than 2 hdmi ports. I highly recommend this TV to everyone.
Good product with a few tweaks
the picture is great and it was easy to set up. i do think the remote could be more user friendly; using the arrows and enter button at the bottom for almost every operation is cumbersome. the home screen is also a bit frustrating because it defaults to a random series or movie if you hit a button incorrectly and the apps are very small compared to the screen. all in all a good product for the cost.
Black screen in a couple of days
TV worked fine for the first couple of days, then the screen went black presumably from a faulty back light strip. The menus and and sound still work, but the screen is still black. Otherwise, the screen was great for 4K gaming until it unfortunately broke.
Kevin: If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues. 1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. The 'Samsung TU7000 Full Manual' is available online. Refer to pages 135-140 for step-by-step troubleshooting instructions. Great TV for an amazing price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV over a year ago when I was moving cities, wanted a big screen without having to expend the premium cost on it. I'm highly surprise by the quality of the TV specially for what I paid for. The images is high quality even when playing video games and the sound is perfect for a small apartment. The extra channels that Samsung provides are a plus since we don't pay for cable but can access it for free. Overall great purchase.
