Good screen, really bad interface

Just bought this TV yesterday and while the screen is fine, the smart TV UI is terrible. No way to remove apps that I don't use and it won't even let me remove them from the home screen. I don't like the Samsung TV plus, but there's no way to avoid it. Also, WAY too many ads. Additionally, the remote lags really bad, then jumps around as if I held down the button. Overall, not a good experience with the UI.

Picture was great for one day

This TV had good picture for 24 hours and then the picture had a purple/pink hue. And no Samsung, per your suggestion to every bad review, there is no firmware update available for my TV. As per other reviews a reset has temporarily resolved the issue but I will be returning this TV tomorrow.

Pretty much the worst tv experience

the good- the bad- darkest picture ever. cant adjust it enough to see people when its a low light setting audio- doesnt stay connected to bluetooth soundbar from same brand picture- randomly has blue light/tint that covers the whole tv. cant read or see anything until it randomly goes away lag- lags like an early 2000's computer with viruses. click any button on the remote and wait 5 seconds or until it spazzes out and goes into a random app or some animal documentary

There are several troubleshooting steps you can take to improve your experience. 1) Please be sure to download and install the latest firmware which improves Bluetooth connection and addresses the color glitch issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. If you would like to update your software using USB, please check for the latest version on the Samsung website Please be sure to reset the TV after it has been updated by either unplugging the AC for 20 seconds (or) pressing and holding the power butting until the TV turns off then back on. 2) To address your lag issue, you may want to run the self-diagnosis tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Poor Picture

The picture quality on this TU7000 is not near the same quality as the 10 year old Samsung it replaced. After adjusting the brightness to max the brightness level is poor. The picture is not as clear as the the 10 year old tv it replaced. Very disappointed with the TU7000.

The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out. In addition, the quality of the image on your screen depends on the source and the connection. HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. Don't buy this tv .

i just bought it 2weeks ago. when i got the tv it have blinking problem. show up randomly can enjoy this tv poor quality. was trying to resolve the problem today. but spending almost a hour still no solution. too much problem to get this tv. not enjoyable. not recommend buying.

Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer. Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer Run Picture Test. Great Feature and Responsiveness

It has been excellent and I recommend the TV to anyone looking for a large screen. Pros: Great Picture Great Software Cons Screen Brightness is not relatively high enough NEEDS MORE HDMI INPUTS. It is so stupid they only give you two now.

Good Screen Resolution

Good product with a few tweaks

the picture is great and it was easy to set up. i do think the remote could be more user friendly; using the arrows and enter button at the bottom for almost every operation is cumbersome. the home screen is also a bit frustrating because it defaults to a random series or movie if you hit a button incorrectly and the apps are very small compared to the screen. all in all a good product for the cost.

Why must it have 2 legs?

Great TV, but why do all tvs now have 2 legs that are very far apart from each other? We do not have room for a bigger piece of furniture. The TV is less than an inch wider than our old one, but needs a TV stand 4 inches wider, since it changed from a central base to two legs. Is it for increased stability? If it is, Samsung, and all other companies, for that matter, did not think through all the angles. SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE INFINITE SPACE! if we get a bigger TV stand, we can't enter the kitchen without going outside. Please stop requiring bigger furniture to fit the same size tv.

Love it....but....

I'll make this quick, I LOVE IT!!! What sucks is lack of storage or the option to add more. How can I perform a software update, when the TV out the box only gives like 200 MB. I had to delete the only two apps I downloaded and then tv still didnt have enough storage. Ima give it a week then change my review to a 2 star.
