Problems on the second month after purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV started to restart by itself. I called technical support and they were going to send a technician to inspect my tv, all of the sudden the tv stoped doing it. I have no idea if its going to happen again.

jvarelab: Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV is turning itself on and off repeatedly. Please try a few trouble-shooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Great TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television is amazing! I've used it for a wide variety of tasks; video games, 2nd monitor for work, casting, and streaming apps. Everything works flawlessly. The sound coming from the TV is decent, however I paired it with the Samsung Q60T soundbar w/ subwoofer and it sounds great. The only gripe I have is that it only comes with 2 HDMI ports. I purchased a 4 x 2 HDMI switch and problem solved. I'm able to hook up all of my devices. Picture quality is great. Smart features are great. Great bang for my buck. Tap View is a great bonus if you have a Samsung phone or tablet. Just tap the side of the TV with the device and it casts your device screen to the TV.

We Love It

Watching sports events makes us feel like we're there. We have dark drapes behind the tv and it's like being in a movie theater. We'd highly recommend this television.

Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a roku tv because I didn't like the remote worked separate from the cable tv remote. the picture quality is great and the ability to use my mobile phone as a remote was a feature that I liked, the only thing I'm not crazy about is the remote should have a backlight because I can't see the buttons at night.

Great 43" TV!!!!

I have had this tv for a little over two weeks, and I love it! I was watching on a 24" screen and it really left a lot to be desired. The picture is perfect, and the sound is adequate. With an additional antenna I can watch all the local channels and it was very easy to add Netflix, Hulu, Disney, PBS, and a few others. I set it up by myself, I am 60 and 5'3" tall. I laid the tv on the bed to put the legs on, which were very easy to snap in, no tools needed!. I took it to the living room, hooked everything up an plugged it in. I have been enjoying every minute of my tv watching time. I can read the captions now without my glasses. Thank you Samsung for a great product!

Premium color and picture great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color and picture quality are excellent, and so is the sound quality. I had a tech person install the TV as I am not a tech person. The remote is not user friendly if one does not understand the meaning of each icon, but there is a simple video to explain it very easily. Overall excellent choice.

This is a very good tv with a very good picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had had Samsung tv's in the past and wanted to stick with this brand. Because of having Samsung's in the past, I am very familiar with the menu options. The picture and sound are very good. I'm not crazy about the streaming capabilities of this tv. I had a roku before and that was easy to use. Also, I'm not crazy about the default news channel being a fox station, but that's personal preference. I'm getting used to the streaming app on this tv. I would describe it as “clunky “ compared to a roku. But it works fine, and again, a lot of my opinion is what I'm used to in the past. Overall, I'm happy with this tv.

Great value

Best picture I've seen

Before this Samsung TV, I never truly knew how crystal clear a picture could look. It renewed my enjoyment of my favorite shows, movies felt new when I watched them again, I replayed older games just to watch it anew on this TV.

Super Quality For the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had all brands of TVs but something keeps me coming back to Samsung. From the moment I turned on this bad boy I noticed the difference compared to my LG TVs. From the slim edges, video quality, sound quality to the design itself, this little TV packs a punch compared to competitors. I'm super surprised and so happy we chose this tv. The built in apps and the entire user interface is so easy my 6 year old learned how to use it in a day. No more, “MOM, Search for “insert annoying show/YouTube channel here.”” Thank you Samsung!
