Great Tv

i love my new tv. it is great quality product sleep design and fabulous picture. my only issue is wveytime i turn the tv off, it loses the wifi connection and wveyday i have to up plug it in order for it to pick up the wi-fi. that is annoying and im sure, i can troubleshoot it and fix it. but, after following directions for the set up, as easy as it was, it wasnt thw right steps to take in order to set the smart tv up the right way.

only the price

tv control is not what i had in mind, difficult to set up, only online info available, even that doesn't help much. prechannel doesnt work with sling, need less clutter on remote! overall the price was the only reason i bought it, now its hanging in the garage, i put my old tv back in the living room, sad, technology actually isnt that great when it comes to "simple"

Great Budget TV

The TV system sound is good but works much better with Samsung sound bar system. Their customers service is amazing and responsive.

Beautiful picture for such a large screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watch cable TV shows and movies, sports and streaming series. I do not like how difficult it is to set the shut-off timer. I hate the fact that this TV shuts itself off randomly, just like my last Samsung. Will be calling for warranty service.

Hi Qantas77, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV turns on and off repeatedly. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. The TV will likely need service if the issue persists after these steps. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. Perfect Tav

Great Picture, but that's about it

Color and view is incredible. The wireless connectivity is where this TV severely lacks. I have 3 Onn brand TVs in my house and they have 0 issues but this Samsung TV is a constant battle to keep it connected to any app. Severely disappointed considering the price and brand.

Hi SmithFamily, I'm glad you reached out to let us know about the issues you are experiencing with the connectivity on your Samsung TU7000 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps that may resolve the problem. 1) Check the network and the status of your access point. 2) On the remote control, press the Settings button. 3) Select Settings > General > Network > Network Status to check the network status. 4) If the network isn't connected, a network reset may be required. 5) Make sure that your access point is working correctly. Check the LED indicators on your access point to ensure it is operating normally. 6) Check the access point location if you use a wireless access point. If the access point is too far from the TV, move it closer. 7) Try rebooting the access point by disconnecting and reconnecting the power connector. It may take 1 to 2 minutes until the access point comes back online after a reboot. 8) If the same problem continues, select Settings > General > Network > Network Status > IP Settings to change to a different DNS server. If a test occurs, cancel it and select IP Settings. 9) Select DNS Setting Enter manually. 10) Select DNS Server, enter 8.8.8.8, then select OK. 11) A software update or factory reset may be required if the same problem continues. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If this does not correct the issue, I also recommend trying these steps: 1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router If you continue to have issues, please know we are here to help. Crispy amazing image and awesome sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv for my home office but fell in love with it and ended up putting in my master suite, moving the old 32” from there to the home office. I love the apps and how easy it is, so far, to navigate through channels, settings, apps... The sound is great and the shows and movies look so vivid and crisp on the screen! Plus I think this was a real bargain for a smart tv of this size and being LED 4K Ultra HD. I wasn't expecting much because I've never owned a Samsung TV before, but I knew the quality would be great after owning other products made by the company.

The product works great

I like how it connects to my computer via airPlay seamlessly, and how I can turn it on/off with my phone. It means that I can settle in on the couch and turn on the screen to watch something, even if I left the remote on the other side of the room.
