[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always end up buying Samsung TVs. The picture sharpness and color quality and depth is like no other tv. I have this one in my bedroom and the programming options make it perfect for watching everything anytime!! Love it!

so far this has been an upgrade to a similar vizio that stopped working. great entry level hd tv, sure there is much better picture out tyere but that comes at a price. seems to work better with the soind bar system as well(turns off and stays off)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first 4k TV and initially I loved but now I can't wait to upgrade. The menu needs work. The remote lay out definitely needs to be reconfigured along with the speed in which the TV responds to the remote. Software updates are lackluster to nonexistent. You can only uninstall 2 of the 11 apps (blaotware) that come pre-installed and to make matters worse, Samsung keeps reinstalling those 2 apps at some point. Would I buy this TV again... I would.

I am so happy I found the Samsung Crystal UHD TV! The reviews on this smart television were wonderful including the price point! The color schemes and resolution are out of this world! If it's family movie night, we feel as if we're in an actual theatre! The stereo sound makes you feel as if you're in the show! The smart features are an added bonus and will only add to the ease of use for this spectacular television! Did I mention the remote control? So, so many features without being overwhelming. I can just sit back with remote in hand and let the entertainment begin! In the end, I come back to the brand – Samsung. Samsung never disappoints!

i am satisfied with the tv. the only thing that bothers me about my purchase is i didn't know anything about samsung tv plus. i think that's the right name. i absolutely hate how it automatically starts playing a random cable channel when the television is turned on and i haven't chosen something yet. i also don't like it turning my playstation on just because i turned the tv on. i want the television and the playstation to be connected but that seems just inconvenient. tv is smart so there's really no need to turn on the playstation unless i'm about to play a game. other than those few nitpicks the tv is great.

Only minor complaint is it isn't Dolby Vision compatible, but I knew that prior to purchase. It really does provide a great viewing experience. I hope it lasts the next 10 years, like my previous 65" Samsung TV, which still works, but I needed an eARC connection for stereo setup.

TV is very user friendly and easy to connect other media. The picture is crystal clear and colors are vivid. Great product all around and one of the best purchases I've made.

We love it better than the other 4K T.V. we purchase of another brand Hisense 4K in 2018 it didn't offer any free T.V. channels like you have with Samsung Plus which makes us feel good about. Also they didn't have the Bluetooth connection like This T.V. come's with love and will recommend to anyone wanting something new and better experience life in a new bolder wonderful Samsung 4K picture love a lot.
