i wanted to love this tv. but, it is awful compaired to my older non smart tv samsung. it continuously disconnects with my wifi (the older tv has no issues), crashes on certain apps, and is not user friendly at all. the pros are the sound system is great and so are the graphics. everything else is sub par.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a great TV for the value. However, sports (which move quickly) become a bit fuzzy and pixelated. Additionally the "universal" remote is very wonky. I use the optic input for a soundbar and it frequently loses connection and I have to turn the TV and bar off and back on to have them function.I've never been able to get the remote to pair with my Xfinity cable box and the Apple TV doesn't like it much either.

I am frustrated with this brand and model. Terrible software, constantly lags and I have to wait for the remote command for 5 seconds every time, screen share is awful and cannot even connect to the laptop that is right next to it and both are also near the wifi modem. I do not recommend this model regardless of size.

We decided on a 50" Crystal UHD and we are not disappointed. The picture is amazing, the added smart TV functions and apps included are a bonus! There are many, many free channels ready to go. We are able to directly access many subscriptions directly to the TV. No added devices, no messy cords. The price...amazing. The sound is pretty awesome as well. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for an upgrade that fits the bill of everything you need.
