Over all its a good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] when I took the tv out of the box and turn it on .it had a black bar running up and down on the left hand side of the screen . The only service I could find was to have samsung come to my house. So I'm a little down on samsung right now. I hope in the future I can get it fixed.DanHelp

So worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my purchase. I love having a smart TV and not having to add devices to be able to stream all my subscriptions. It comes with Samsung TV too which offers a variety of channels. Initially I was having issues with mirroring my phone to the tv and the airplay feature. However, I reset the TV and tried again and it work. I use this feature for the workout apps. The colors are so crisp and clear it is really a great experience. I like using the SmartThings app to be able to turn it on and off when I don't have the remote. The sound is very clear and the TV can get very loud even without a sound bar.

Clearest TV I've ever owned!

With this television I get a crystal clear picture even in the high action scenes! I love the Samsung home features that allow me to link all of my favorite streaming services directly to the TV as apps. Definitely the best TV I've ever owned

Too many glitches

i wanted to love this tv. but, it is awful compaired to my older non smart tv samsung. it continuously disconnects with my wifi (the older tv has no issues), crashes on certain apps, and is not user friendly at all. the pros are the sound system is great and so are the graphics. everything else is sub par.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. Not happy

I've had the tv since 2020 and since then it's probably been connected to the internet about three months and that's not consecutively. Now I have to connect something else to it in order to enjoy the tv. I even put it closer to our wifi box and it still doesn't connect. Not very happy with my purchase. And I was a Samsung fan

Great TV but not user friendly

The apps are harder to find than on other tv's I've had and the remote is bunched with many buttons that I feel are unnecessary in this day and age. Overall a good buy though.

Grateful owner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung quite offend for gaming for the teens, live streaming our church services as well as zoom bible study. You can actually connect your phone to TV and see everyone on your zoom meeting. Talk about mind blowing. And let's not talk about Cromecast. My husband loved this. My TV has the Facebook watch app on it. My God today. I'm still learning my 5v and all of its features. I could be here all day learning all the feature. But one more thing I'm a zumba instructor and this TV has been a life saver. Why? I'm glad you ask. I can take this TV one the go with me. Love, love, love this .

Seriously the best TV we've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is so clear. It's even great when it comes to older video game systems, the image is so nice. The sound is really great. I love the edvanced settings, it especially helps when we have our soundbar on. It has a wide range of apps, but I wish it had the f1 app. The best part about this TV is we can control it with our phones using the device control feature. It's so helpful when someone loses the remote.
