My mom bought 4 returned tvs a month or so ago, this one happened to be with the bunch. It does have a damaged screen BUT that's why it was returned so we got it for a much lower cost. The screen is progressively getting worse but I hope it lasts at least a year or two before I may just invest in a brand new one. Love the tv, the family tv we have is 10 years old, still works like a charm but changing the input to play on my playstation was mind breaking, this one however automatically does that with ease. Watching YouTube and Netflix is also really enjoyable as well. Hopefully this tv lasts as long as it can for me (once again because the screen was damaged hence a return resell at an auction and was not Samsung's fault but was the previous owners fault) I'll be sure to try and save so I can get another one as I just love this tv very much, even if it's a bit damaged. Performance is still very outstanding. (It's also the reason I even play on my playstation, my old tv is really small and far away so not so enjoyable)

Great picture at a really good price! I would've given it more stars but, once again, the Samsung remote has issues. I have Spectrum (no choices yet in my area) and the remote numbers, including the pre channel button, are inoperative. It is a huge hassle to change channels!! Spectrum and Samsung both blame each other but will not rectify the issue…….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all I'm very satisfied with my Samsung TV has great pitcher and awsome color display but the only iissues have is the sound quality because I have hardware flooring and the sound kinda eechos all around meso it sounds kinda sounds amplified all the time. But I do love Samsung tvs they are my favorite TV maker.

Well let me tell you with this tv I can see what he meant! Our son even mentioned how clear and vivid the colors were and he's 8 lol ultimately we're very happy with it thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the one thing that I find odd. Is that all of the TV series I watch, I can now tell they are on a set. the definition is awesome!! Once you get used to it, it's great. Even old shows from the 80's look like you're behind the camera.

I am so upset that when I turn my TV on or off the opposite happens to my wife's Samsung in the room real close by I think the technology in today's place we should be able to isolate remotes but according to Walt things I reviewed I cannot do that disappointed to say the least

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a great picture. It does not have many apps, which is a con. We have Roku which have a lot of apps. It is hard to work pluto tv on this tv. Over-all the picture quality and sound quality are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is good overall. Apps respond quickly and theres a good amount of apps to download. The picture quality becomes blurry in dark scenes. The biggest dislike on the tv is the ads that appear in the app store and app selection.

I used a prior model of the samsung tv from 2017 and I must say that this is a great upgrade. The quality of the images and color are way more vibrant and realistic.Size: the sheer size of the 75" blew my mind. I am myopic and I have always preferred watching television without my glasses on and this television allows me to do just that. Of course the great quality of color coupled with the size now make enjoying my favorite show is a pure delight.Bluetooth: I'm constantly streaming music from my tv and now to be able to connect to a bluetooth speaker gives me that option.Setup: set up was such a breeze, even without having to read the manual. One of the neatest thing though, is the universality of their remote controls. Like how cool is that? Being able to use the remote control from my older television as well as the one that came with the tv. Bravo!Service: while I have no need for tech support and I hope I won't need that for some time, but I am grateful that they for the patients they Exercise with getting my tv through a courier service from the USA to South America. For simply that, I am pleased.
