Love this TV!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is Amazing and its compatible with way more apps then what I thought. The only issue I have is that certain casting apps don't work but I can always use my Google Chrome cast to watch those apps

Samsung Scrap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is junk, from the defectively-designed remote to the malfunctioning software. The remote is semi-round with a very smooth texture, making it difficult to grasp securely. It is dropped constantly as a result. The buttons on it are too small and too close together, resulting in the wrong button being pushed (often the Exit button); which leads to a wholly different set of issues. Most bewildering is why the remote buttons do not light up when the remote is held. Use of the remote in little to no light is especially frustrating. The buttons are difficult enough to find without compounding the problem due to lack of a common feature found in the vast majority of competitors' TV remotes. Finally, the software often malfunctions. If it is not defaulting to Samsung TV despite selection of a streaming (or other) service, it is not loading the viewer's choice of programming. As a result, the viewer is forced either to turn off the TV and upon restart re-select the viewing choice and hope for the best (often multiple restarts without success); or to unplug the TV from the electrical outlet then start from scratch once the TV is on. The frequency of both scenarios is so high that the TV will soon be replaced.

Samsung 7 Series - 65 Inch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a great picture and sound quality, but I am not happy with the remote. There are a lot of buttons on there which we don't use on a daily basis and I think it can be more user friendly. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase as this TV supports airplay and the picture quality is very sharp.

Excellent picture clarity and color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my TV to watch broadcast TV, streaming Prime Video, Netflix, Disney +, Sling, as well as YouTube. I have also streamed directly from my Galaxy phone with excellent results. The operating system "TIZEN" runs smoothly and has a self-diagnostic feature to assist if needed. This is an great TV is this price range and the warranty in my opinion is one of the best on the market.

Black spot after 17 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the TV, I loved it. The picture quality was great, the sound was clear, and it was very easy to mount on the wall. However, just a couple months after the one (1) year warranty expired, the TV developed a dark spot near the top left corner. I purchased the Samsung as all the reviews said they lasted the longest, were the best quality, etc. I did not have the same experience.

Have not had one problem and works great

I love that I can put all my streaming alls on my Home Screen and that Samsung has its own tv station. I have not experienced one problem with this tv so far which is amazing compared to other brands I've had in the past. I highly recommend.

I love the 4k uhd display

TV is good for bright scenes, not for dark scenes

This TV looks nice in bright scenes, and in a lighted room. But, it has large withish areas/patches close to all four corners, that blur such sections of the TV, when playing dark scenes, or without illumination in the room. As we installed it in the basement, in a room without windows, the foggy sections are quite visible, and really annoying. We had already discarded the packaging, by the time we tried the TV, and I'm not sure how to return it, to be exchanged. I purchased another Samsung 75" TV (The Frame), within the same month of December 2021, and loved it! We expected a similar experience with this less expensive TV. Unfortunately, we got a defective product.
