everytime i turn on my tv it says network error. for awhile i would unplug my tv and let it reconnect. now i hold down the power button 3 secs for it to reconnect. thats the only way it will come on without getting a network setting error. not happy with samsung at all.

It was at a surprisingly low price for the size and features that came with it, no other tv I can across compared in that aspect. Additionally, because of its high video quality and the fact that it supports 4k hdmi connection, it's a tv that will be able to keep up with other devices for a while.

Also use Dex wirelessly and more frequently than not use the smart things app on my phone as opposed to the actual remote. It is so smooth. I have a Samsung speaker bar that hooks up with HDMI arc and it is amazing. It turns up down, and most importantly on/off when I turn off the TV. And I can control it all with Bixby. She can even change the channel on Samsung TV plus for me. I will only ever buy Samsung tvs after experiencing this one.

We watch alot of sports in 4k and it's always crisp sound and clear visuals. The tv is so big sometimes it feels like we are sitting courtside.. The tv never feels hott to the touch and always loads up apps quickly. I've also used the tv for my xbox series s. The clarity of the tv makes people think the cars on the game are real. Lol. Anyways this was the best purchase ever. If your second guessing or doubting buying this tv, just do it, you won't regret it. The only bad thing I have to say is the majority of the time, the tv is on this...(cocomelon, lol)

My only complaint is sometimes when it's been on NetFlix or another app it's hard to convert it back to basic cable, Like it doesn't Read the cable box. I'll admit it may be user error but I've done everything the manual said to do. The only way I can get it to work is unplug the HDMI cable and go through the process again.

Purchased on 05/09/2020 from big box electronics store, died on 05/28/2020. Black screen of death. Power light comes on and off but nothing but black screen. Tried to return, but told return window was only 14 days at that time. Still have unit, hoping one day I'll get something done, either repaired or replaced. No I would not trust this tv or recommend to anyone. Maybe the big blue electronics store with yellow tag operates in dog years. 14 days actually equals 30?

And even with one of the slower WIFI speeds (until last week), I still had a great picture and very few streaming issues.
