Good but needs an improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is great. The picture quality is so good it's easy to use and set up. However the sound quality isn't the best and with some apps I have noticed the tv will lag pretty badly but overall I like it and I'm glad I got it!

Needs to be restarted often

just set up this tv three weeks ago and have had to restart 3 times because the apps stopped working. the error says "connection issue" but wifi is strong, and the tv is the only electronic having issues. so far the error has been resolved by restarting each time. i just watch streaming services, i.e netflix and hbo max, i don't use for more intense processing needs like gaming, but i think the picture is fine. i wish the remote had a talk to type function because the search interface is clumsy.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. Samsung TU7000 55”

i bought 2 samsung tu7000 55” smart tvs. the picture was great. however the tizen operating system is terrible. not very user friendly. apps font work properly, they freeze up, don't load sometimes sound doesnt work on certain apps. the tvs were a great price but even at that price not worth it. the smart tv should work seamlessly. i shouldnt have to unplug tv, delete then reinstall apps just to get the tv to work. shouldnt have to reboot the tvs as well. no more samsung business from me. the tvs i've had in the past were great. their newer models not so much. so i returned both tv's and went with a different brand. hopefully the new brand will eork out better. too bad samsung. i wont be spending any monies on your brands. i do not recommend your tv's.

Easy setup

probably the easiest tv i have set up because the pegs pop in place versus screw in place. assembled in less than 10 minutes by myself. being able to control remote via phone is an excellent touch. apps were easy to download. picture is much better than i realized when researching. very bery pleased. would purchase another samsung in the future.

This tv review

Perfect size!

I love how easy is it to move from the TV channels to Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and many more other apps. I organized the apps as well in the order of my preference, which was helpful. I also love the timer option which I use a lot, like in case in fall asleep. Another plus is how easy it is to connect to my phone or laptop so I can display stuff on the screen. (: Very happy with my purchase, and it had a good price, for a college student!

Works great

So when we knew we needed a new TV for our kids we automatically looked for Samsung. So to be able to find a newer TV for such a convient price we knew it was a must. All in all this is a great TV.

Great tv

Over all great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is amazing for a 1st time buyer. Size is great for a bigger living room wall. Color is good for a wide range of movies and tv shows. I am not 100% satisfied with the look of the darker colors. I can really see the pixels which black scenes. It makes me think I should have went with and QLED TV. In just did not want to sacrifice too much size when balancing the price, and quality. I believe over all I made a great purchase and it is an overall great product. 8.5/10
