[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality of the tv is phenomenal. It's true to its name being crystal clear. You are able to view full picture quality from all angles. The tv is extremely sleek and thin. The back of the tv has a modern pinstripe finish. I mounted the tv on a tv stand and it was extremely light and easy to do. I love there is hardly any bezel around the screen. The audio seems standard to my other smart tvs, nothing to spectacular but that's to be expected. The remote has dedicated buttons to quickly go to netflix or prime video. I really enjoy all of the free tv apps. However with having so many options the tv does lag while scrolling thru the menus. Overall it is a great tv to watch movies and play video games on. I also would of liked more hdmi ports to support more devices being connected to the television. The Samsung crystal uhd is a great budget choice tv that I feel confident in recommending. “I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new tv replaced my old one that I bought ten years ago. The thing that makes me the happiest is that I no longer have to worry about my game system overheating while watching tv. The funniest feature is the judder reduction because when set at ten everything has a soap opera feel, its especially funny on animated shows. It would make the TV even better if you would release an upgrade that allows users to uninstall the pre-installed apps because it takes up space when there are apps by certain brands you refuse to use.

Easy set-up talking about Wi-Fi of things and even when I connected the coax cable I had lightening better experience than WiFi, no buffering at all. It may need more HDMI because I have a cable box, Xbox, and other HDMI services that need that hook up, but I can see only 2 spots. I linked devices so I connect my laptop, and phone in a snap and I can cast images across devices... Makes me feel like the computer guy (Hugh Jackman) in the movie sword fish with John Travolta. Sound is cool in different sound modes, I better it would be best with a sound bar added.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is awesome! It has all the features you'd expect from Samsung. The HD and 4k are also great. The only low point was the amount of hdmi ports! Only 2 are offered. Hopefully future TVs will have more. All in all an awesome TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our TV has been great. User friendly, lots of TV options included. Roku, Tubi, You Tube, Prime Video, Netflix to name a few. P.S. They are included, but some you need to go and subscribe, and pay for the service. We do stream alot since we bought it, as well as watch regular channels. The color is perfect, picture quality is awesome. We like how thin it is, and not that heavy. You can see the TV quite a distance away, and it is still clear. We have had previous Samsung TV's and always happy with them. Samsung is a great company, and we have phones with them also. I have, and probably will always be a satisfied Samsung customer. I totally recommend this company for TV, or phones.

the software on this tv is so bad. operating this tv is a frustrating event each and every time. 1. “smart” feature which is supposed to return to last viewed app does not work, has never worked. it defaults to samsung content or sponsored content. i removed the samsung channel but cannot removed the sponsored content. 2. i am not allowed access to change picture size. there is text there but it is faded and will not let me use it. great idea, samsung!!! 3. device care not always available. many times it is faded and i cannot access. great idea samsung!!! 4. this software is poorly thought out and weak.
