I get surprised about the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Tv for entertainment and for connect to zoom meetings on my computer,make really easy to plug all the smart electronics at home. we really get sorprised on samsungTV plus ,really convenient for stop playing for cable TV, the sound are spectacular and the colors very bright. it doesn't get hot after watching for a while, and may vision doesn't get tired easy after watching for a while

Everything Imhoped for and more

I bought this set in late Oct, 2022 after a different quality brand 40” set we'd had for about 12 years began acting up in ways we couldn't any clues to addressin on the net. As well, my wife is a heavy TV watcher so the set likely had more like 15 yrs use, and the last year, due to an illness limiting her activities, has had it on except when sleeping… so it was time. Because we have a fairly small house, I didn't want more than a 50” screen because it'd be a challenge to fit it in livingroom, and this was the only one that size the store had. And looking online, others meant a wait to get and most were double the price. I checked the reviews, looked good, bought it. The automatic setup worked like a charm, zero problems, except it didn't recognize a Bose sound bar that needed to be connected by cable. I had commitments so told my wife I'd tackle that next day…. The connectin pin on bar was rather odd shape, lighting was awkward for me to see well, but after gently twisting and turning end trying to get it to seat, it did and the volume almost blasted us out of the room…. As my wife was lowering the volume I just smiled and said: “I think it's working now!” She been thrilled with it ever since, the picture is excellent even for a lower price model. I'm impressed. And just days ago I acquired an Apple Watch with wifi and Bluetooth, no cellular, and it I don't know if it was the tv or the watch, but together they not only recognized each other, they paired themselves without me asking. It's a no-fuss experience despite having lots of tech that could create nightmares until figuring out what's up…. Been there, done that in the past and appreciate the progress!

HATE HATE HATE the teeny poorly designed remote!!!

absolutely hate the remote control but i seriously love the tv but the remote leaves a lot to be desired. it either needs to be 3” longer or the main direction arrows need to be more mid location. it's extremely difficult to hang onto!!! in fact, i can honestly say i really really hate it!! hate hate hate hate hate hate the remote control!!!!!

Bad experience

bought this tv on july 03, 2020. was fine for first few days but now the screen is blinking automatically when i played the video. either i have to stop that video and play other video or i have to power off tv for 5 mins. its so irritating now and decided to return.

Awesome Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was easy with the mobile ap. it only took a few minutes. Once the set up was done, all the streaming aps which I normally use were installed on the home page. The picture was clear and and I can notice things which I was unable to notice with my regular TV. I should have bought two of them, just don't have the space. If I were to buy this again I would definitely buy the same TV, I could not believe how clear the picture is and the detail I was missing before. I would recommend this product to anyone. Now my brother-in-law wants to buy one.

I LOVE IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello i got this Tv about one year and half and still love it ... is so easy to use ... i can show to my family my photos and videos that i have in my phone using the smart view and get kinds (from my family) come for any event or party they always asked me if they can use it and play . So for gaming is a other good option ... definitely very recommend ... im pretty sure you will love it + if you have a samsung device you can add the tv there and you control the tv from there too

Slow and archaic for a 2020 television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was purchased in March or April of 2020 during the easing of the lockdown. It is extremely slow in response to remote/changing any function. There are only 2 hdmi ports and no Ethernet connection. The only great plus for this set is the picture quality. Excellent, however more settings would have been nice. All in all I think I'll switch back to my 11 year old Sony if I can't exchange this one.

Overall great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this tv is great. I'm not a gamer, I strictly use mine for television watching and streaming. It was very easy to set up, and with the cable box and internet/wifi, it took about 20 minutes. I use mine on the stand, so I can't speak to any issues with mounting. The picture is great, and the remote is easy to use. I don't have a speaker bar, but I don't need one, because the sound is good. My only minor complaint is that I wish I had more control over adjusting the brightness. The price was really good, and I trust the Samsung brand, so, based on the choices I had for cost and size, it was an easy decision to make. I would definitely recommend this tv.

Good TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was, for the most part, easy to install. The only difficult thing was that the tv didn't come with the appropriate screws to easily mount it, so there were three trips to the store to find the right screws. Set up was very easy as well. Picture quality is very good, and moving through the various screens/options is easy.

This product has many features

I love all the options it has for apps and how you can access the internet right from your tv. I am still learning the buttons to the remote. I have been using the same tv remote for many years. So learning the placement of the buttons has been quite the experience. I love all the features that the remote offers.
