[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use the TV for streaming and occasionally for OTA programming. The wireless connection to my home WiFi is good. I like the sound. Even though I have external speakers, many times the TV's sound is better. The picture quality is good and the finish is as expected from a Samsung product. I don't like much The smart TV functions, the menu is not very intuitive and sometimes is slow. The remote control is one of the worst I've ever used. It's cluttered, confusing and the round design of the bottom makes it hard to grab and unstable in flat surfaces.

No matter what we are doing the 4k resolution is incredible! It's slow sometimes but we use it a lot and our internet is faulty. I wish the remote was bigger and sturdier and had a full keyboard on it but other than that I love my tv

I love having Netflix and Prime Video a single click away. I have always bought Samsung products, and will continue to do so.

The display looks absolutely amazing and it has every streaming service I use. Also, the addition of AirPlay and Apple Music is very nice to have.

I watched live church services on the first Saturday and Sunday in October and it was better than being there because I could see and hear speakers better than if I was there. I think I got a good deal on this tv because it wasn't all that expensive.

We bought this to replace a 47" HD Smart TV where the video board had broken. Buying it was easy enough and after unpacking it and spending half an hour mounting it, the new TV wouldn't go into 'Set Up' mode - specifically we couldn't select any of the set up options using the Volume button on the remote control as the TV's set up requires. The TV wouldn't even switch on/off using the power button on the remote. We checked the battery voltage for the included batteries and they were both fine at 1.6V. When I pointed the remote at my mobile phone camera with the phone's Photo app, I couldn't see any infra red light when I pressed any of the remote buttons, so the remote was DOA. After spending 10-15 minutes texting with Samsung support (who asked me to do everything I'd already done), they offered to send a new remote. We declined and decided just to return the TV and get another one. So less than 3 hours after we bought it, we drove the 16 mile round trip to our local Sam's Club, returned it and bought an identical one. This time, as soon as we had been scanned at the store exit, I opened the box, took out the remote and popped the batteries in it. I think pointed it at my mobile phone with the camera app on and could see the infrared light pulsing when I pressed the remote buttons, so I knew this one was OK. We got it home, mounted it on the wall and it set up as expected. What I found really disappointing was that we're charged a $6 recycling fee here in CA on purchases of TVs and other electronic goods. Despite selling a TV that wasn't working, the recycling fee wasn't refunded when I returned the broken TV. So I ended up paying the recycling fee twice, once on the TV that was DOA and a second time on a TV that actually worked. That is hardly customer service for a Plus membership. We're glad this thing came with a 3 year warranty!

I have used this TV to watch movies, shoes, and even watch regular air antenna television and it still has a clear dynamic picture. I have used it to play video games and I get immersed in the game with a huge clear picture. I couldn't be happier with this TV and will continue to be a proud samsung member for life. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't sure how Samsung free TV worked, initially, but now enjoy having free live TV. I gave it a 4, because I dont like the remote. I would have preferred a voice remote in 2020. The button configuration is crowded and when you have to search, the time delay in the letter input lags.
