This TV has an amazing picture quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV mostly for streaming tv shows and movies but I will sometimes watch movies through my DVD player, cast something from my phone, or use an HDMI to hook up my laptop. I absolutely love the size of this tv and the picture quality is soo good. It is almost hard to watch things on my other older smaller tv because the picture quality looks so blurry compared to this TV. I would recommend this TV to anyone who asked. I personally had never owned a Samsung TV before this one but now I will probably only own Samsungs from here on out.

This product is great for gaming!

Issues with screen mirror

Every time I go to use the screen mirror feature from my Apple iPhone it doesn't work. I need to reset my TV which takes about 10 minutes and then it will work again. The next time I go to use screen mirror it doesn't work again. So I have to reset my TV again another 10 minutes for it to work. It is very frustrating. I'm going to try and return this TV. It's not worth the frustration.

Not what I expected

i own the same tv in a 43 inch and i love it so when it was time to buy a new tv for my living room this was the first choice. i bought the 55”. first one i bought i returned 2 days later. tv had a very slow response to remote. the hulu, disney+, prime video apps wouldn't open and others kept logging out. one of hdmi ports didnt work. 2nd one i've had about 2 weeks and hulu app never opens! i always have to unplug tv to reset it. also keeps logging out of apps. im quite disappointed. returning it today.

Clarity is amazing!

The kids enjoy gaming out on the big screen, Dad enjoys the clarity for the big game and I enjoy streaming my Spotify directly to the TV for an afternoon cleaning session while jamming out.

Great size for the price, Needs another HDMI input

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV fits great on a big open wall hung above a console. We use the TV in the main living room for everything from watching sports, streaming movies and shows, and playing video games. Being an 82 inch TV it should be automatic that it comes with more HDMI inputs than just 2. We had to plug in our surround sound via the optical input vs. the HDMI option as the two HDMI ports were quickly taken up by the cable box and the game console. Only other small issue is there is slight lag time between the remote and TV. TV picture quality is decent for its size, could have spent a lot more to get more color but smaller size, but opted for the bigger size.

Go Out and Get this Amazing TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV is actually the TU8000 Samsung Crystal UHD, which is an even larger model if you can imagine. I use my Amazing TV for streaming, watching movies, and it has enhanced my life even further while working from home for the last year. Putting in long hours from the home office , stationary at the desk and chair can get very boring and achey. My Awesome picture perfect with vivid display makes life easier by casting my laptop to this 85 inches of pure beauty. I can quickly complete spreadsheets, watch webcast meetings in comfort and so much more. The TV was super easy to set up as 1,2,3 and instantly recognized my wifi. I get complements from everyone that sees this Samsung beauty in my media room. The price for the 85 inch is DEFINITELY worth it. Who needs the movie theaters to reopen when you have this! Samsung continues to deliver and impress , no cons here. Word to the wise, go out and get it, you'll truly be glad you did!

medocore TV, terrible software & support

this replaced an off brand 4k from 4 years ago. i didn't like that one. i like this one less. the picture is alright, but the sound is tinny. the built in software is terrible. the remote by itself is just fine, but working with the software, no. to add insult, support is absolutely abysmal. to add insult i just have support lie to me for an hour. they will sell your data and tell you they don't.

complete disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] since day 1 I have had nothing but issues with this tv. out of the box, I updated firmware. streaming services lock and freeze, tv loses internet connection, and tech support not able to resolve issues. I ended up having to buy a streaming stick to watch live tv since the HULU on the tv can't support the streaming speed.
