Highly recommend TU7000 Crystal UHD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as our main family TV in our family room. We own 4 Samsung TV's and this is by far the best one we own. Highly recommend and may not be the best samsung tv but for the price and what our family needs is one you don't want to pass up.

HUGE TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this tv when looking to upgrade to a larger screen tv. We had a samsung 60 inch plasma that worked fine but was wanting something bigger. The 4k is pretty good but remember I'm coming from a plasma that has a high refresh rate so it's going to look different. The tv has a lag on the home screen so I still use my Roku box. But overall I'm not disappointed with the purchase and would recommend this for an entry level 82 inch 4k.

Great TV with amazing picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this TV for my bedroom and it has really great picture quality. There are a lot of features (different picture modes, sleep timer, etc) that are really useful and I would definitely recommend this product for anyone considering it. You can get a variety of apps and the TV allows Spotify or Apple Music, which I really appreciate. I mainly use Apple Music and my old TV didn't support it. You can also control the TV from your phone, which is really cool.

This product is reliable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this tv for gaming and streaming mostly. There have been times where i used it as a monitor with its impressive size it is pretty dope. Playing first person shooters gives me a much larger field of vision than others. The app store is a blessing as it lets me save room on my game system and have all of my streaming apps on the tv instead. I highly recommend especially if you have the room. This boy is thicc.

Samsung 7 Series - 65 Inch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a great picture and sound quality, but I am not happy with the remote. There are a lot of buttons on there which we don't use on a daily basis and I think it can be more user friendly. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase as this TV supports airplay and the picture quality is very sharp.

The product have very clear view

Best Choice Ever!!!!

TU7000 for everything from streaming movies to playing video games. We definitely did not go wrong with this purchase. Definitely worth every penny!!

Tv is ok. Remote + source interface lacks

the tv is fine, picture and sound are up to par. but man, the user unterface on this tv is pretty rough. feedback is incredibly slow, and the remote itself doesnt help much. we have the newer model of this tv as well and it is much improved however. still, there remains my largest complaint with samgsung tvs, and i have this issue with both this model and the newer one i have: the dreaded samsung tv plus app. the samsung tv plus app may be the sole reason i would not commit to another samsung tv going forward. i feel like anytime i hit a button i immediately get launched into the app. or if im in another app for too long itll just automatically boot me out and start playing tv plus. it drives me insane and i wish i could delete it but have had no such luck. awful.

The details you have shared are important to us and will be shared with our product teams. Please know, Samsung TV Plus can be disabled, removing the channels from your default guide. Should you want to disable TV plus, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press and hold the enter or select button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove’. 2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service. 3) Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. This will remove the service from the launcher bar and the channels from the TV Guide. Alternatively, you can leave TV Plus enabled and utilize the Autorun Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. To enable this feature, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Smart Hub 2) Enable the Autorun Smart Hub feature 3) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Last App 4) Enable the Autorun Last App feature To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Great value

bought this 58" on a whim as it was open box and it was incredibly cheap so all it had was the power cord and no remote nor instructions. got it home and set it up very easily and was pleased to find out the remote from my previous samsung tv worked perfectly with it so i did not have to buy a universal remote. the size is perfect for my apartment and i would say the pic quality and sound is above par. all in all a great buy.

Decent

the tv is beautiful and the picture quailty is amazing. the operating system is absolute trash. its extremely slow and glitchy. im getting logged out of streaming services and accidentally double clicking things. im also having an issue gaming with this tv because i am locked at 30fps with this so called “game-mode” on. ive tried everything i know to do with no result. tv is only decent.
