I bought this television about a year and a half ago, the screens is now continuously super dim which you can hardly see in a bark room. I'm not happy about having to repair or replace it. Neither of which is going to happen any time soon, I'm not made of money. Does make me feel confident is Samsung products. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a loyal Fan of Samsung. I recently purchased a 58" Class TU700D Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020). It is the perfect size for the room and once again a wonderful picture. I had to return the 1st set after a couple of weeks for no picture on the screen. Unfortunately I had the same issue with the new replacement set. Samsung had the screen replaced. This is the first time that I have any issues with any of my Samsung TV hear in New England or down in South Florida.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well since covid-19 because I always get compliments my TV whenever friends come over when I'm working on the house that's the first thing they do just tell me that picture is amazing I can't believe the sound!! How do I get mine to do that? I tell him Samsung feasibility in connection with other devices is easy and I'm a carpenter I tend to struggle with these kind of things!! It's not expensive have a nice Entertainment System I've got a Harman Carmen soundbar and the 70 in 4k and it is amazing does everyone always tells me that's why they're always wanting to come over here for movie night!! And if I'm working on the house and someone stops by I told him the remotes on the coffee table there hasn't been one person old and young that have ever asked me how to use the remote on the TV they pick it up and it's easy for everyone to use, even my son Lowe's how easy it is to navigate and that you don't have to wait a minute you turn it on it's ready to go no hesitation no waiting!! I had a video before had nothing but problems and software updates and viruses I will always stick with Samsung. Needless to say anytime I've ever had an issue with the TV not that there ever has any but when I want to do specialty things with another piece of equipment all I have to do is call customer service I answer right away and they know exactly what they're talking about can usually do it remotely and you're setting a couple of minutes thanks Samsung!!

This was last years Christmas gift to me from my husband. Since it was hung on the wall in our living room, he no longer goes downstairs to watch his tv (which is also a large screen) in the family room. The tv has distrupted my lifestyle because it works so well!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good picture, quick to turn on and I like that when I turn on an input (such as a console) the TV will automatically turn on and switch to the correct input. Only thing I have noticed it from time to time the screen will begin flickering rapidly. It's not super noticeable but can be annoying. It's always been fixed by just unplugging and plugging it back in however. The smart hub is alright, but it's really not that great in terms of user experience. It doesn't have a section for your recently used applications and never has suggested applications for you. You have to manually navigate to the application you want every single time. Overall, it's much easier to just use a FireTV stick or a similar product since the UI is so much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product frequently to play 4K Xbox games and to stream my favorite movies and shows from the embedded apps that come with this TV, such as Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. The picture quality is excellent, and the sound is flawless. As if I own a movie theater.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be honest. I love it! A couple things though. .. I think the picture should be sharper. Makes it feel older than it is. Can't say if I'm impressed with the smart part or not. Not sure what to compare it to. Yet there again, I feel like the graphics of the smart menu and of the tv could be better. Still a world better than the one we had prior.

I've been watching way more Bob Ross which has been nice in this pandemic. Good sound quality that does not require an extra soundbar, though it couldn't hurt.

im wondering if there is something is wrong with my tv. the samsung tv i owned before this i bpught 4 years ago and the picture was amazing. so clear. i've also seen other reviews that say the picture is great. mine seems dark and undefined. ive tried everything from picture choice to advanced settings. its just not good. is there a possibility its defective?
