It is super easy to download any additional apps you'd like too. The picture color and clarity is still amazing and when it comes to gaming it just as perfect. The sound quality is also quality and I definitely plan on purchasing another one for my bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience in purchasing a Samsung TV. It was the 55 inch tv and I had it for a year and 1/2. Last week it died. I couldn't believe that after only a year and 1/2 it no longer worked. I always purchased another brand and had no problem with them dying. Only replacing when new technology came out. This will be the last time I purchase a Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is awesome! It has all the features you'd expect from Samsung. The HD and 4k are also great. The only low point was the amount of hdmi ports! Only 2 are offered. Hopefully future TVs will have more. All in all an awesome TV!

The apps the technology everything about it is great it only has one small flaw to it, after a while of use the screen will start to flicker a little bit what you just have to turn the TV off and turn it back on for it to stop. I don't know if that's something that needs to be updated or if there's a problem with the inner workings of the screen itself. but if that's the only thing I have to worry about it's not that big of a deal to me.

We have eight people in our family and it's used for all types of things and our children haven't had one complain about it even our grown children and we have six. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Crystal UHD Smart TV has excellent picture and sound quality, especially for a TV at a lower price point; however, when connecting to the TV through AirPlay (iPhone, Mac) there seems to be issues with connecting successfully.

wall mounted this tv in the master bedroom. the picture is terrific and even the built in tv speakers sound good. unfortunately, the remote that comes with the tv is just about unusable. designed like any remote in the 1980s, it is not backlit and has buttons that are so small you really need a stylus to operate it. screen is great and feature packed, but you will need to add a universal remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a HD plasma for over 10 years, i decided I wanted to get a bigger TV. I wanted a good TV but didn't want to spend over $1000. I did my research and this hit majority of the features i wanted. The colors are vibrant, the smart tv works great, and its a really bright TV. But with brightness comes grayer blacks. On super dark scenes there is some shadowing or objects are hard to see. This is the reason for not having 5 stars. I also know I'm spoiled from my plasma. Overall good tv if you don't want to spend a bunch
