Very difficult especially if you're operating the remote in the dark, I have to turn the lights on to see because the pad does not light up which is very annoying . I wish I had a newer version.

we really like our tv. the clarity on the screen is great! we have many samsung products and are pleased by the quality of each one. but the remote that came with our tv is almost useless. the number buttons rarely work and i have to press them several times. if i want to change the channel to a 3 digit station the channel changes before i can get all 3 digits pressed and working. fortunately our cable remote works with the tv. otherwise, its a good product.

recently rented a cabin branson, mo. the tv there was a samsung, and it had a beautiful picture.when we returned our tv was no longer working properly. i purchased a samsung, and i have been very happy. my only issue is the extremely small buttons on the remote.

We had a samsung 60 inch plasma that worked fine but was wanting something bigger. The 4k is pretty good but remember I'm coming from a plasma that has a high refresh rate so it's going to look different. The tv has a lag on the home screen so I still use my Roku box. But overall I'm not disappointed with the purchase and would recommend this for an entry level 82 inch 4k.

our brand new 55 inch samsung crystal tv is fantastic. we are very happy with the product. the stand should be in the middle of the set instead of 2 sets of chicken legs. it is a huge inconvenience if you do not have the proper table. that's an additional cost. enjoy!

My teens love the apps and the ease of use....I love the picture when I'm catching my favorite Chicago teams play. Very nice flesh tones when I'm catching my favorite series as well. Overall, very good television!
