this tv is inexpensive. the picture is decent unless you're watching sports or movies with fast moving objects. the picture gets temporarily blurry where the fast objects are. also, the smart hub and remote control response are awful. the tv comes with a bunch of apps already downloaded and you can't remove them if you don't want them, nor can you relocate them in the smart hub. so, the remote and tv don't communicate well, and the smart hub is full of apps we don't use. this makes for extremely frustrating experiences every time we use the tv. there is nothing interfering with the remote signal that we can find. other than those issues, the tv works fine.

My favorite aspect is how it flawlessly switched into “game mode” whenever a video game is launched. Also, the user interface is very friendly and easy to use. The picture quality is also amazing.

The smart features were easy to set up eliminating the need for a secondary device. We are considering upgrading all of our other TV's after having this one. The picture and color is superb. I like the fact that the menu is on the main screen. Switching back and forth is so easy. Adding apps is a breeze as well. There are many options to choose from in the settings as well. All in all a great package!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is really good for the price point. From the moment it arrived it was amazingly well packaged easy to remove and well protected. I purchased a Q800 soundbar with this TV and unleashed a very good experience in my movie room. The only downside is fast motion sports it isn't as crisp or fluid as the QLED models but I didn't make that choice as this TV fit my budget perfectly . If I had to do it all over again I would do the same thing with no regrets. For those customers who want a good TV for a fair price I would certainly recommend this for them.

We do a lot of streaming and binge watching our favorite series, and we can't tear ourselves away from it. It makes us feel like we are close to the action! The picture is so clear and vibrant, I feel like I could reach out and touch the actors. The remote is easy to figure out, and the features are easy to access. I absolutely love this TV! ❤️❤️❤️

I am able to use it seamlessly with my other Samsung devices and also external devices. I am easily able to connect game devices and sound bars with very little issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually use this TV primarily as a 43" computer monitor, but it has the added benefit that since it is a Smart TV I can use it at my desk to stream shows, movies, etc. Lots of streaming channel options and the performance is right there with our Roku. Love the idea of an integrated browser and support for keyboard and mouse!
