I have 3 of them, 2 older ones and a new 65” that I bought 2 years ago when we moved into a larger home. The new one has the same great picture that I've come to love over the last few years but its processor (?) struggles when I turn it on. It can take as long as 2-5 minutes to open whatever channel (app) I select. I do steam everything but have lightning fast fiber internet. I'm sure the internet is not the problem because the older sets work just fine. I wish I would have had the finances to buy one of your QLED series when I made my purchase, I can only imagine how great it would be to watch sports with one!

Most important and used apps are already downloaded when purchased. Picture quality is superb with great clarity and detail. Pair up with a Samsung soundbar and you have a theater in your home. Product will automatically pair with the soundbar if it is a Samsung brand. Best television that I have ever owned.

From it's amazing screen quality to its amplified sound. This purchase has been one of the best purchases I've made this year. Something good has come out of 2020 at least. In comparison it other brands I've bought (Sony, TCL, Hicense, LG) this one knocks it put of them park. Hands down only buying Samsung from here on out!
