I have always used 4 sizes of Ziplock bags (Gallon, Quart, Sandwich, and Snack) and am greatly disappointed with the change to "Easy Open". While the concept is great for the helpful 'opening' part, the 'closing' part is a nightmare, especially on the snack size baggies. After a dozen (or more) attempts to use these, I am annoyed and frustrated thus leading to the bags getting tossed in favor of a plastic container with a snap on lid. I use baggies (hence the 4 sizes in my drawer) for a plethora of reasons - snacks, toiletries, crafts, medications, freezing, etc., and am now faced with either finding a different brand or using a different storage/travel vessel altogether. Please rethink the mechanism of the 'zipper' on these baggies and employ some QA testing to find out how these can be improved - or restored - to their former ease of closing. Ziplock has always been my go-to brand and I would like to continue relying on your company and your products.

A long time user of ziploc products. In fact we have every size that you can imagine and use them from storage to freezer to snack and more. These "newer" ziploc easy open snack bags are simply pointless and a waste of money. 9 times out of 10 I can't get these to close. Worst re-invent ever!

I got this and just in time for back to school lunched, I love the size and the way it hopds up. My son decided he wanted to put his duplo peaces in one and it held up very well! I will keep these on hand for small leftovers, it is so easy to put the leftover food from dinner and have a nice size for lunches the next day.

I use the Ziploc snack size to store cooked chicken in the freezer for my Malteese Charlie. He can not have salt so I cook him his favorite food boiled chicken. I boil 5 pounds of chicken breast and cut it up into small pieces. I usually use 20 to 25 Ziploc snack size bags and freeze them in a larger Freezer Ziploc bag and get out only 3 bags out to thaw in the fridge. This 61 year old grandmother of 8 CAN NOT SEAL YOUR SNACK SIZE BAGS!! It irks me every time I cook Charlie's chicken! I purchased them because I thought they would be easy to close since it said EASY OPEN TABS ON THE BOX! I assumed the EASY OPEN TABS WOULD ALSO BE EASY CLOSE TABS! Not the case! PLEASE MAKE A PRODUCT THAT EVEN GRANDMOTHERS WITH ARTHRITIS IN HER HANDS CAN OPEN AND CLOSE!!! I would be more than happy to pay a little more for this! PERHAPS A SNACK SIZE SLIDER!!

I have used Ziploc bags forever. After purchasing my latest box of the snack bags, my 23 year old daughter told me she hated the bags as she could not get them to close. Then I tried them. She was right! Now I am going to make granola bars and I package each of them separately in these bags. It will take me all day to get 100+ of these bags zipped shut! Please change these bags back to the zipper that they had before they were "improved". Better yet, please have your developers try these bags before they are forced on the rest of us and they don't work!! I am beyond frustrated!

I use baggies for everything; food, gifts, rubber bands, paperclips, etc. We do not like to make last minute trips to the store. Having bags of all sizes on hand is necessary to keep us going. We like to have dry cereal snacks handy, so the snack size is perfect. Sandwiches are a staple and thus sandwich baggies are a necessity. I bake so gallon baggies are helpful. Depending on good solid quality items makes us realize that paying for name brand and searching for our favorites are worth the extra!

I have been a long time Ziploc user. For the first time I am seriously thinking about using another product. Since your revamping of the easy to open or easy to close opening, I am finding it very difficult to close and spend to much time trying to align to close the bags. I use both the snack and sandwich bags on a dialy basis and am not pleased with this product.

I received a free box of Ziploc Easy Open Tabs Snack Bags courtesy of SC Johnson. These little bags are fantastic! So versatile -- The snack size Ziploc bags are the perfect size for a block of cheese (6-8 oz), they hold crackers perfectly, cat snacks, lunch box snacks, everything from paperclips to safety pins, and many other items. Easy to open, they are great for kids and people that have a hard time opening and closing traditional zip bags. Wonderful for organizing small items in the office, small kids' toys (such as beads, craft items or stickers), even for little kitchen items. Fabulous product!

I have generally loved Ziploc bags, but the new snack bags just won't seal easily! Why in the world did you change the design? If you change the other bag sizes in a similar fashion, I will no longer buy Ziploc bags. In the meantime, I will purchase snack bags from other manufacturers.

I bought the snack size bags because they said easy open. Once I started using these bags I could not CLOSE 95% of the time. I'm so happy that I didn't buy the sandwich bags also at the time. I don't think I'll be going back to buying your bags unless I hear that they are making them easier to close.
